      I am currently paying for a bedroom set that I purchased in August 2024 and it included a new mattress but at delivery I was given a used one. Numerous calls complaints online were made still no new mattress. This is not acceptable customer service and I continue to pay for new mattress price for the display mattress I was given. Many calls to stores and no response back. I would just like the new mattress that I have been paying for since August.

      Been a customer for years now and lately money has been tight. Aarons on **************** have been vicious with payment collections. The manager and employees are aware of financial difficulties but according to them that does not matter and since I have been late before they are now requiring for me to pay a full month payment instead of the semi monthly payments with the penalties. Before this had happened the manager had charged me more than half of what I requested and then simply pretended that I cant do simple math and completely dismissed me. So now I am forced to pay a full month of payment and be out of funds instead of just accepting what I can do for payments. This store customer service has gone down the past couple years, Corporate should do a review of all the complaints and customer accounts. No one should be treated this way.

      Will never ever do business with them again they owe me money on product that I returned i know they don't do refunds but I feel they owe me something after all the harassing phone calls and I did voluntarily returned the product so I would like some compensation

      Aarons was supposed to send a refund check for 85 dollars on November ********************************************************************************************************************* the mail despite the policy saying that the money would be sent to the original payment which was a debit card. I email them and message the website never to get replies so I have called the store 3 times. I dont have money to give Aarons and Im quite fed up.

Recently, I reconnected with ******, a former associate who provided exceptional customer service to me for several months before leaving the company. His professionalism and dedication stood out, and his departure has unfortunately highlighted a decline in the customer experience at this location.Since ****** left, I have encountered some of the most unprofessional and discourteous interactions with the general manager. In speaking with ******, I also learned of deeply concerning issues during his time at Aarons. Despite working significant overtime each week, he discovered that the general manager was clocking him out without pay. Even after reporting this to both *************** and the legal department, no action was taken. It is appalling that such unethical behavior could persist, especially against someone who gave over eight years of service to the company.Additionally, ****** shared that he experienced racist and homophobic comments from both the general manager and other associates. Such behavior is unacceptable in any workplace, let alone in a company that should be focused on respect and equality.Aaron's, I urge you to take these allegations seriously and reflect on how you treat both your employees and customers. Exploiting your team and fostering a discriminatory environment are not practices that align with the values you should be upholding. Once I fulfill my current agreement, I will not be returning as a customer. You must do better for your employees and customers alike!

      Aaron's has become the worst people to rent from first off the merchandise isn't quality and then the triple charge for items that are no good or have been used. Why would I triple pay for something I can buy straight out elsewhere for way cheaper and the quality of material is better and much cleaner.Why should I pay over 5000 dollars for a couch set that's not worth 200 dollars because it has been used

      Wish i could give zero stars! Very rude, harassing calls, youll respectfully request not to speak to specific people due to the tone of voice or even their nasty attitude yet they are the ones who call. When you report to corporate they are no better, very disgusting people. They act like the merchandise is their own! Explained that i started a new job so i cant make a payment to the someone in CORPORATE and i would make it later but i cant do promise to pay as thatll require a payment method which wont go through because as everyone knows most of the time your first pay check is is a paper check depending on the job. I explained i wont be paying the woman in a very nasty tone stated she will schedule a pick up. I kindly hung up because if im giving respect you WILL give it back or we WONT speak. I honestly dont know how Aarons is still in business if we are being quite honest especially in *********! The **************** location was the best they need to shut eastern ave down !

      Got a washer and dryer off them. They delivered it on a Friday. It was tore up when they brought it. Then when I called they said they'd be out the following Tuesday. They came out couldn't fix it. Told me they'd bring a loaner one the next day. Well the next day they never showed up. When I called they changed it to Friday. A week of not being able to do laundry. Unprofessional people, not good to do business with at all. Don't waste your time. Hoping I can get my money back for something I never even got to use.

      Im currently purchasing a washer dryer set. Ive had to run my dryer 4 times and my clothes are still wet. Called the business and was told they cant send anyone out until Friday. Today being Saturday and I have kids clothes that need to be dried for school they are not going to send anyone out. Mind you theyre pulling my payment tomorrow. Wont offer a discount or any other options to help.terrible service.
