      On Friday September 15th. I purchased a 10 pcs Meal from the Chruch's Chicken located on Minnestoa have. The cashier was very nasty and rude (******************) was her name. I received my food walked to my car and instantly notice that my chicken was cold. I went back to in the store and explained to the cashier that my chicken was cold, she begins to get very defensive and aggressive and stated that I should have been said something. I explained to her (********) that how I would have known that my food was cold, unless I checked which I did right away. I asked ******** for a fresh batch of chicken. The drumstick that i touch she never asked me for the chicken, she then take the box and places it in the kitchen area where the fresh chicken was begin made. ******** decided to keep getting smart and brushed me off. The security officer that worked in the store stated that her behavior was very unnecessary. He also felt the piece of chicken which it was very cold. I begin to explained that this is a very dangerous health issues and concern to have taken chicken that a customer brought back to place it where you have fresh chicken. I ended up throwing the drum stick away inside the lobby area. ******** never threw the chicken that I returned in the trash, because I watched her placed the box on the counter and it's been handled outside of the restaurant. The chicken that ******** gave back to me was burnt and over cooked and it was only 9 pieces which was very interesting because I believed she had them to re cook the chicken that I returned. I stated that I paid for a 10 piece meal. I also asked did she re cook the chicken that I returned, she didn't answer. I asked for my Money back and to speak with a manager. ******* stated that she has to keep the chicken and show it to the waste management. I asked who was that? and what restaurant fast food has a waste manager. She wouldn't provide me with an answer. This business is a huge health risk at this point. Employee like ******* are putting our Neiborhood and environment in a serious health issue. she basically explained that they don't throw the food away. and she isn't arguing with me about no chicken. ******** failed to provide me the manager's name or store owner. The ***************** needs to look into this business and the manager needs to fire ********.

      On 11/07/2023 I decided to go to churches I ordered combo# 3 3 legs 1 side of fries and 2 extra roles with a strawberry ***** which came out to $16.74 ridiculous. The order process was ok however I didnt like how I got to the drive through window and the employee walked off for more then 8 minutes without telling me my order price repeating my order or anything so when she finally decided to come to the window she rolled her eyes and opened the window with an attitude told me the price I gave her my money and when I say her I don't think it was **** who the receipt says it was a black girl with dreads or twist. She gave me my change and before she handed me my food I said my I please have ketchup and honey she rolled her eyes again and said on threw the sauce packing in between the bag of fries and my chicken and passed it out the window hoping i would drive off and not look in my bag. I sat there and reviewed my food and noticed no honey was in the bag and before I could say anything she walked off and i sat there waiting and waving my hand for attention instead of being rude and waited another7 minutes need I say it was other employees who walked pass the window and just didn't acknowledge me she finally came to the window and said what I said you only put ketchup in the bag no drink either she said cause we out of honey really ghetto and I said well you could have just said that instead of having people waiting or agreeing to something thats not true just to try and keep the line down!!! she said have a great day!!! and never gave me my **** drink or no napkins its all around poor customer service and any other person would've went inside and cussed them out or acted a fool I drove off and attempted to call the store number on ****** which does not work which is even more ghetto I want a full refund I rather eat **** chicken !!! Yall never have HONEYYY AND THE PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW WHY !! ALSO MY NAPKINS I WHAT AM I TO DO LICK UP MY SPILLS LIKE A DOG !!!!

      On Thursday afternoon, I purchased a 2 piece white wing, breast meal with mashed potatoes and a large coke. I paid for the meal and returned to my office. The chicken was dry without any moisture. It looked like it was a few days old. The biscuit was dry with no honey glaze on it. The potatoes were cold. The coke was watered down and didn't taste like a coke should. I threw the meal in the trash. I paid for nothing. I don't have money to throw away. I have purchased a meal this bad. I will not be go back to this location.

      I did an online mobile order for Church's Chicken on 7/28/23 at the *******************************************************************. My total was $3.98 for a two-piece spicy chicken and biscuit meal. It was around 12:00 PM for my 30 minute lunch, so I placed the order via the app ahead of time. When I arrived at 12:03 (I work near this location), the line was a little long but also slow. The lady who I assume to be shift leader/manager was training a new young lady who should not have been thrown in the fire on her first day during lunch rush hour. The young trainee was messing up people's orders and slowing up the progress. There is no dedicated mobile pick up station, so having the wait in the regular line was already unacceptable. Plus, the drive-thru is broken down. Then, the lady in front of me (after being in the line now for 20 minutes) pointed out that there were flies all around the food and no worker seemed to care and she had to cancel her order. I was next in line finally at the 25 minute **** but had to let them know I need to cancel my order because of the flies and they would still need to make my order that was placed way ahead of time. So I received no food. I contacted the 800 customer service number immediately following my visit and explained everything. The male rep on the phone asked for my address and said the refund should be received in 7 days. Two weeks pass and nothing in the mail or refund. Called back middle of August and asked for an update on my refund and any kind of coupon for not receiving food. The female rep stated she would request an update to be sent. Today is 9/6, still no update. Very poor customer service and no care at all.

      7/23/2023 I placed an online order at the location *************************************************. I showed up to collect the order and was told that they did not receive it. I showed them my receipt and they refused to make my food. And refused to give me a refund. I would like a refund.

      I ordered chicken on their website online. The order was accepted but they said they didn't see the order and could not fullfill the order. But yet I was charged $63.86. They said they had a new system and to call their corporate number. We reported it twice and still have not heard from them or received my money back.

      I visited this location on April 7th; ordered a mixed box of chicken with sides. Once I got home I realized my order was wrong all together. After repeating my order FIVE times into the drive thru microphone and also to the employee at the drive thru window who also repeated the order to the person boxing the chicken up they STILL managed to s**** tue order up; meanwhile they were talking about their weekend plans while taking orders and had to ask several times what I was asking for/ordering. I feel the lack of focus is why the order was messed up in the first place! I immediately called Church's chicken customer service number and filed a complaint. I was told someone would reach out but no one did. Now after calling in over FOUR times for a resolution, I have still not had this issue resolved. The representatives continue to tell me they are "escalating" the issue to "upper management" which sounds like c*** because no one from upper management or district management has reached out to me. The total of my order was $35. It sounds small but I have experienced this same issue from this location on a a couple other occasions and this time was the last straw. I have been contacting the customer service number for almost TWO MONTHS in attempt to be heard and get this resolved. Still NOTHING. The dates are as follows; 4/6, 4/19, 5/1, 5/18 and today 5/30. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. The last "supervisor" I spoke to was named ******; she informed me she could not release the names of the other representatives I had spoken with on the past calls. I am requesting a refund for my order and have stated that since I have been calling in; one of the representatives said the issue was resolved because they didn't have the receipt number for the order but that also proved to not be true because again, this issue is still unresolved. I WILL NEVER patronize this location again or the brand altogether for that matter. I have included the receipt and video of the order. Thank you, *******

      I am rejecting this response because: How am I supposed to return chicken that I purchased there a month and a half ago? This makes no sense at all. I just want my refund thats all. I  was told by Church's Chicken customer service that if the manager had the receipt number which I provided that a refund could be processed. It makes no sense to ask for food items a month and a half after the order was messed up. Of course I do not have those "items".

      They overcharged me and the order was wrong. I asked for one thing and I got a more expensive order. I didn&#**;t get what I ordered. It didn&#**;t match up to the $3.49. I asked for two legs.
