      I was working for churches for almost 9 months and they was paying me cash and they wasnt filling there taxes they wasnt giving me no check stubs since I worked there and they would work me 2 weeks straight calling me in on my off days and cheating me outta my money I was wondering is it ok for a job to pay me cash instead of giving me a check stub

I can only help ************** with her problem if she provides me with the street name and city for the restaurant she allegedly worked in so I can determine if the restaurant is a franchised restaurant or a company restaurant.       churchs.com allowed me to place order number (or OLO#) is ***************** at their store on **************** in ******, at 4:00 pm today, to be ready for pick up at 4:15 PM. My debit card was charged $44.35. The store told my husband they don't take online orders and were only accepting cash. There's an option to request a refund, but at the end it says "your input will be shared with the manager of that location." What good is that going to do? The website has no phone number to call, no email address to use. Where did my money go? The website never tells you that your request for a refund was received or anything. I checked my email thinking maybe I would have a confirmation of my refund request waiting on me there. Nope, just the receipt for my order. So at the bottom of the email was a link to let them know how they're doing. I click that and arrive at a Guest Satisfaction Survey, with a welcome message and statement about how much they value my candid feedback. I click the start button there, and arrive at a screen saying, "Thank you for your interest in our survey. Unfortunately, we are unable to continue the survey based on the information you entered." As for this store, this is probably the 5th time I have had a major problem, but at least in the past, they actually honored my online order. It is located in the ********************************************************************. So, my husband still wanted Church's chicken and had to pay for another order at a different store.

      Date-2/25/23.. Amount-$41.. location-Church's Chicken.. order was delivered... Ordered 2-3 Piece mixed w/ 2 sides each and drink. Received a pigeon wing on each order as the white meat. I always get a breast. Terrible for what I paid.. pieces were small.. Tried called location since the time order was received and never got an answer.. Very unprofessional. Do not have a vehicle so was not able to go to location to get a refund. For what I paid I deserve a refund!! Please help. Thank you.. *************************-************

      I placed an order online for this location on Sunday 2/19/23 around 7pm. When i got there they didnt had the food that i ordered available and i asked them if i could cancel the order and they said it had to be done through the app because thats where the order was placed. The app doesnt give you an option to cancel the order and tried talking to 3 different managers to get help on who to contact or how to get a refund for the food that i got charged for but was never made they told me they couldnt do anything. I then asked if i could get the food the next day when the item was available and they said that I couldnt get any food from them anymore. I got charged to my bank account for food i never got and nobody seems to know who i need to contact to get my money back. I asked if they could have the district manager call me to see if there was something i could do to fix the problem and they denied my request. My order total was $45.23

      I have always gone to Church's Chicken located at ***************************************************************. This is a 15 minute drive from my home, 30 min round trip. For years I have used the online coupon from the local Churchs Chicken site and never had any issues. In fact, I used a coupon there 2-3 weeks ago. Today 2/2 we go to this location with a new printout of the coupon, same one used a couple weeks ago and I am now told they dont take printed coupons anymore? They didnt bother to even try to enter the coupon code, flat out said no coupon. Again, this is the same printed coupon $24.99 I used a couple weeks ago at this location. What changed in a couple weeks that the corporate coupon cannot be accepted anymore? I refused to do business and walked out of their location and had dinner elsewhere. I dont plan on returning to this location until they honor corporate coupons like they have been for years past. That was a waste of 30 minutes of my time driving here and back.

      I bought my lunch at Church's chicken on the ******** and when I checked my receipt it has an upcharge of .50 & shortly after I received an alert from my debit card that Church's took another **** out. I was not told about these extra charges.

      Order ***************** on 10/30/2022. For a total of 70 after tax. Located in ****** ** at the Golf Links location.I've tried calling and have been hung up on. This was my last straw.This time there were spiders crawling out from under my food.

      I submitted a pickup order through ******'s website on August 9th of this year that I didn't receive totaling $17.07. I ordered from the restaurant at *******************************************************************************, and one of the workers stated that they never received the printed receipt to fulfill the order, yet I have the order confirmation email and payment draft from my debit card. I've called the corporate number multiple times only to be told I would be called for the refund, but nothing has been done. I reached out through Church's website and used their online form (contact reference #***GF7), but didn't receive a response. I reached out through ******* and was told they would escalate it internally, but haven't received a response in over a week. They have agreed to refund the charge, but I have yet to receive anything after several attempts and nearly 2 months of waiting.

      For the past 4-5 yrs every time I go to the location in my area ******************************************************** there is a problem with the food not being fresh it happened every once in a while a few yrs ago but for the last couple of yrs its every time I go in there (3-4 times this yr) there is a problem. 9/20/22 i order 2-2 pcs 1 white 1 dark and 2 sides ************ was so dry and old you can look at it and tell it was dry and old (the manager actually checked it and put it in the bag anyway) pd $2.99 returned for fries. Ordered **** slaw by the time I was able to eat the meal the **** slaw was spoiled. pd $2.49. I have called the corporate office several times over the yrs about this issue and still it exist and, judging by the response on this site from the company I am calling the health department tomorrow this is ridiculous for a restaurant to be apart of the community and continue to sell GARBAGE to that community
