I have been having issues with the blazing rewards account from buffalo wild wings, I have been trying to login since September. Each time it says account can't be found creat a new account or password. I go to make a new account says my email is in use already so to reset password, I reset the password and the cycle restarts. I tried to find a way to contact them on their site about this and found nothing. I tried their support account they have on ******* and didn't hear anything in over a month. I want my account fixed so I can redeem my rewards and use my credit card on file so when I order I can just go in and pick up my order.Initial Complaint

I ordered item that had been prepared very poorly when it arrived to my table. I nicely asked for it to be removed from my ticket, and be replaced with another item. The manager charged me full price for the item anyway, even though it was taken away upon my request ,(thinking I would get refund) without me having eaten it.Initial Complaint

Horrible experience, I placed an order for pick up at 6:30 for my birthday and when I arrived at 7:14pm it still wasn't ready. There was a very long line of people apparently waiting for orders as well. I called to speak with a manager and was on hold for 10 minutes and never spoke with anyone. I wasted my money and time. Dined Im at the Buffalo Wild Wings *********, ** location. Placed a takeout order. The server overcharged me, as well as running my card multiple times. The server ***************************** then made a ******** post including my full government name, vehicular license plate and a picture of me without my discretion. The server claimed I was a repeated dine and dasher in the area. The bill was approximately $42, and I have a payment method. Nevertheless, management approved and applauded this post. After calling corporate and authorities, I called the restaurant. The restaurant didnt have the ticket, receipt or bill available. Management waited til 3 days to remove the ******** post. I placed a mobile order on the *** app. I ordered the 20 piece traditional wings w/ fries. The app only allows the choice of two sauces. I chose Parmesan garlic & Thai ***** for my two flavors, all flats, & two ranches. When my ************* got home we realized that the third wing box in our bag was not there because the box with Thai ***** wings overflowed but because its a third flavor. I wouldnt mind that an extra flavor was added especially since I preferred more flavors (due to the restriction on the app I was willing to deal with only two flavors) but the problem was that the extra flavor was a flavor that I absolutely do NOT like. Adding that flavor meant that I got less of the flavors I actually wanted so now I have less food because I refuse to eat something I dont like. My boyfriend called & explained the issue but instead of the manager rectifying the situation he kept telling us we got that order because its what we ordered. Before I decided to go back to the store, my boyfriend and I looked over the receipt I have from the app to make sure I didnt accidentally select an additional flavor. Our receipt only shows Thai **************** garlic. I also had him install the app to check & make sure it doesnt allow more than two sauces can be selected because again I am trying to make sure I didnt do anything wrong. He clarified that the app in fact does not allow more than two sauces on his phone either. So there we have it, I knew at that point I just want to go get a refund for the incorrect wings because just from the phone call I knew things would escalate. When I got to the store, instead of just accepting that I want a refund **** and ******** kept telling me how wrong I was. We finally agreed to a refund of $15. I asked for the receipt but **** refused to give it to me. He said he was going to call ***************************** told him to go right ahead. I didnt do anything wrong. I have a rewards account with Buffalo Wild Wings. Earlier this year, my account was hacked and my points used out of state. I contacted Buffalo Wild Wings and they were able to give me my points back. On October 15, 2022 my account was hacked for a second time. The name on the account was changed to "Sorry, Not Sorry" and the points used in ******, **********. I live in ********. It took a week but I was finally able to convince them to get my points back but that was difficult to get ahold of anyone. Now today, October 26, my account was again hacked even though I changed all my information and my points again used in **********. I have been unable to get in contact with anyone from BDubs. They have some sort of issue with accounts getting hacked and are failing to take responsibility. How much of my information was really stolen.Initial Complaint

Submitted an online order 9/11/2022. Confirmation number *********. I can provide the confirmation email if needed. Waited two hours after the order was supposed to be filled, did not receive my food and asked a staff member for a refund. I was told a manager was not available to do so and they would call me back. They never called. I called them and the manager, ******, said he would issue a refund and that it would take 30 days for the transaction. It's been over 30 days and I've called back to this location, *********, **, several times with no luck. I went there today and the ** and another manager advised the refund was never submitted. They offered to submit and it would take another 30 days. They offered in store credit, but with this and previous experiences at this location I chose not to take in store credit. A refund should not take 30 days, let alone 60 days. It seems like Buffalo Wild Wings hopes their customers will forget about the refund. Services were not rendered in this case and a refund should be immediate. I asked the ** and Manager for the DM or corporate number and they would not provide either. This is theft and I want my money back. The total was only $49.50. At this point it is about principle. Thanks you.Initial Complaint

October 16th marked into restaurant ordered an online special that's only landed through online which was 20/20 wings with a basketball fries we have we have made three of those orders and as we waited we died and and ordered the same other 2020 special while we waited for our order to be ready along with the children's six kids meals two burgers two mac and cheese and two wings special cashier told us to submit the receipt to the waiter then so that he could tell us when food is ready to pick up when we went over an hour we'll pick the ball order went home and realized it was on the chicken later on we find out that they had maggots I'll call them and the manager ******** with a D said to just take a picture and submit it the following day of the 17th she said she was about to be off work so to talk to the manager at night I spoke to him but he seem busy so I left them alone and told him that I'll deal with her in the morning no the next day to the 18th which is the third day ******** with a d decided to make us bring in the wings even though I still have them that's disgusting you told me to bring them in today which is the 22nd of October between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. now they're on call then she said she's not going to honor the return or exchange on the food or money I had used $100 gift card and $100 cash they have kept two other receipts and I kept one right now when I got off the phone with the trees she said she's not going to honor her decisionInitial Complaint

On 10/22/2022, I, ***************************, my father *****************************, and my two daughters, ***************************** and *************************, decided to dine in at Buffalo Wild Wings, located at *****************************************************************. After sitting down at a table, a male, black, waiter approached us and ask if we were ready to order, my daughter ************************* decided she wanted to order some beer-battered onion rings, which was listed in bold letters, on their menu. The waiter told us that we could not order it as a side, even though it was offered as a side on Buffalo Wild Wings Menu, for a price around $8. The water stated we cant order those due to a nationwide onion shortage, and that the only way we could get onion rings is if we order that as part of the house sampler, which was priced around $17. I consider this to be false advertisement, and an attempt by the waiter to scam us into spending more money, so that he could get a bigger tip. It was listed on the menu, and my daughter had ordered this in the past without any hesitation by the waiter. I want this false advertising investigated please, and a refund for the $70 that was spent on the meal.Initial Complaint

On September 10 I had ***** rewards points stolen from me by someone in **************. I live in **** and have not been to **************. Shortly after I realized this happened, I filled out the form on the Buffalo Wild Wings website. It said I would receive a response in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later I had received no response. I then proceeded to attempt to contact you via your ******* handles - @BWWing and @BWWingsCares. I tried Tweeting "at" both and sending a DM to both several times. I did not get a response from any of those attempts. I then filled out the form on the website AGAIN and have not received a response AGAIN! I then tried looking for a phone number to contact the corporate office but could not find one. Then I even replied to a promotional e-mail in hopes someone would see it. I received no reply from that either. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced from a company. I am being completely ignored after someone used my personal information to steal from **** expect to receive back the ***** points stolen from me as well as A LOT of Reward Points or a HIGH value gift card for compensation for being ignored and your apathetic approach to customer service.
