      Order # ***** Zone 1,2 Date 10/14/22 Time: 7:08 pm Server: **** We ordered a large order from the **** rapids ** location. We brought it home and realized they had given us only 1 kids meal and one order of boneless wings. We called, the server was extremely rude. Said they couldn't do anything. We spoke to a manager, also rude. They wouldn't do anything to help us unless we drove back there (30 minutes each way) and the food was for our kids who were already past their bedtime because the food was 15 minutes late. No apology, no offer to help, nothing. They took our money and didn't refund us and didn't provide the food they stole from us.

      I went online when restaurant was open . It was online for the Buffalo wild wings off ******************** and I ordered food . No door dash It was the establishment off ***** mall Blvd. I called to say that I was coming for my food . I attempted several times because the establishment BWW was open . I finally got in touch with a person and they rudely hung up on me. I went on to the establishment BWW off ******************** in ***** and multiple people were there in the establishment and again I was rudely spoken too . I attempted to go in and I was told WE ARE CLOSED . IT was 10pm and there were multiple people in the establishment BWW off *************** Blvd. It appeared they were having a party of some sort . I never was able to get my food which BTW I PUT A NICE TIP ON THE **** ONLINE AND I ACTUALLY GOT CHARGED .... TWO TIMES . IT CAME UP TO BE OVER 70 DOLLARS. IM REALLY UPSET . I SPOKE WITH SOME MANAGER WHO WAS RUDE AND SINCE THEN I HAVE FILLED FRUDUALENT ACTIVITY WITH MY BANK TRUIST . THEY ARE WORKING ON MY CLAIM NOW . BTW I NEVER USE A CLAIM OF FRUDUALENT ACTIVIY UNLESS I KNOW THAT IT WAS FRUAD . I WANT RESOLUTION OR IM GOING TO THE NEWS *********** WELL RESPECTED IN THE COMMUNITY as a nurse and I am very upset .       Since June 23rd 2022, I have been waiting for a refund. I cannot believe your company would do this to cancer patients while in the hospital. I am filing complaint with BBB, FTC, reporting abuse on the disabled for all your actions.This email was sent October 3rd and no follow up:Hello *****,My name is *******. I have been in contact with your company through staff and management regarding the refund that has exceeded the regulatory standards for a business to refund a customer. I would like to be contacted by your legal team, as I am seeking further compensation for your lack of service behind my refund. I would have you know I let your staff know from day once I was disabled and unable to go to your restaurant at the time of this dispute and they guaranteed my money would be refunded and thats what I expect, plus a compensation for going today and the 4 months I have been waiting for this compensation. Bringing the number 1, regulation z of **************************** to protect consumers against abusive billing practices. In addition, *** is also being looked at for the handling of this situation. I would appreciate a response in a timely manner.

      I ordered wings on Sunday and I never received it. They used Door Dash to get it to me which I didnt ask for. After a time I called the number I had and it was door dash and they told me they tried to get a hold of the driver but couldnt. They transfered my call to the store as I ordered online and paid ***. The cashier there took my name and number as the manager was busy and that he would call me back, he never did.All I want is my money back.

      I ordered dinner off Uber Eats on 9/28 as i wasnt feeling well and it was only around 600/630pm on a Wednesday only to get a call around 60 mins later saying that the location don't have the stuff to make 2 burgers...I called that location 5x to figure out what's going on,. The call goes through a prompt for about 45 secs then says "no one is available to take the call...goodbye" and hangs up.I have since put a comment on ****** Reviews for them to reply and go to the *** section to put a complaint on "orders and visits".Once completed, i got a response in a day or two stating "We apologize for your experience with the delivery that you received. Please contact the 3rd party delivery company directly to help resolve concerns about preparation, delivery time, or missing items."This wasn't the 3rd party fault. This was BWW not fulfilling the order, then wasting time while also not giving any other alternatives and also not answering the phone during normal business hours. All they had to do was give a call stating they couldn't make the food in a short time would of been acceptable.

      Not only was the service terrible the staff was unethical. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings Ive ever visited. I can see why this chain is in decline.First, we waited 20 mins to get sat by the security guard. Mind you, the restaurant was on the emptier side and they were not short on staff. We ordered via the ** code. After ~1hour our server said boneless wings were no long available, and asked if we wanted traditional instead. Despite it already being an hour, we agreed because at that point we were emotionally invested in getting our wings. They came out with the wrong sides and didn't bring any of the condiments we requested. After yet another hour, we still didnt get our wings (and side sauces) so we asked the server to cancel them and to give us our receipt.At this point, first the server brought back the receipt with the undelivered wings still on it. After asking twice, the wings were removed from our paper receipt, but after checking our mobile order tab, we noticed shed just moved the items onto the mobile order and our card would still be charged for food we never got.So on top of terrible service, they behaved entirely unethically and tried to charge us for food we never got. Oh and by the way they never make it right like they seem to pretend they do in their ****** customer replies.I've also worked in the service industry for a decade now, and this is hands-down the worst service I've ever witnessed or experienced. And I'm not the one to leave reviews.

      i ordered some wings at around 10:30ish and set a pick up for 11:20 , i got there around 11:25 and the doors was locked even though they let me place my order . they said the store closed at 11 . even though online it said 12 . so they didnt give me my food and promised a refund i was expecting it same night . i waited 2 days than called sunday 9/25 and they said it will process monday probably be there by wednesday . its now friday 9/30 and i still havent received anything . no food no money &no apology. it wasnt the amount not refunded that upset me it was the fact that they couldnt just hand me my food , or that they couldnt just cancel the order & that its been a whole week since i placed this order and received zero funds . now i need more cause thats inconsiderate and bad customer service.

      On 9/18/22 I stop at an Arby's in ******** ** and bought 2 meals. I used a debit card to pay for the meals. The total was $25.21.When I got home and check my account, I had been double charged. Two charges for $25.21 on my account. I called to let the local store know. They told me to come back and they would refund me. The next morning I checked my account and Arby's had charged my card 6 more time. A total of 8 time for one meal. I called again and was told it was a wide spread issue and Arby's corporate would be handling the refunds. When I asked to speak to the *** I was told I couldn't have her number. The manager would give her my number for her to call me. She never did. My wife called the next day and got some phone numbers to try. She has talked to someone almost everyday. We have dates and names of who she talked to. Last we were told, Arby's had refunded our money and it was off of them and on our bank. We check with our bank today. They saw where Arby's tried to refund FOUR of the $25.21 payments and it failed. This is going on almost two weeks and no refund or offer to pay back through a store. The last time my wife talk to someone, she got someone with an attitude that told her Arby's had done thier part and they were done with the matter. We are calling our bank's fraud team tomorrow. My wife has asked for a supervisor, named ****, they everyone says she needs to talk to. They have told her three times, he will have to call her back. He never has contacted her. This matter has gone on long enough. Our total charges equaled $201.68, leaving $176.47 due back to us. We do not believe Arby's has handled this well, at all.

      I went to Dunkin Donuts located at ************************************************************************************* Store #****** I was staying at a hotel around the corner and saw where it was *************** Day and that coffee was being offered free, so l stopped here on my way to my business meeting. I am with the US Coast Guard.I went into the store and ordered the coffee so the young fellow told me the cost l told him is it now free today, he said no and l told him l heard on a news feed it was. He went to an area away from the front and then a lady came up she was not American but from another ethnic background and l say this only for identification purpose as do not know her name this was at 3:09 PM, she asked me do l have the app l told her no, and told here what l had heard on the news feed, she said it is not free, l showed her my US Coast Guard ID and told here why would l lie about hearing about it. She said to me you are a LIAR, l told her are you disrespecting me, l asked here to give me the number for the company that owned that Dunkin Donuts and she said she did not have it, l asked her who you she contacts if there was an emergency to happen in the store, she stated no one as nothing happens in the store, at this time two customers walked in and when l turned to leave in front of the other customers she said to me again in a loud voice YOU ARE A LIAR. I wish this complaint to be addressed with the owner of this store if it is franchised and an apology from this company and the location on the way l was treated, it is obvious that employee needs some coaching in relation to dealing with people in general.Thank You

      I visited the *************** Buffalo Wild Wings location on 7/15/22. I ordered a meal and drink through the ** code at the table. I was only brought a drink and no food. We did not have a waitress taking care of the table since we ordered through the ** code. When I asked a waitress, she said she would check on it but never came back. We finally had to leave due to a ballgame starting. I was forced to pay for the entire bill because my payment information was entered when I ordered through the ** code. I have contacted corporate and never received a refund. I was promised a refund by the general manager but he quit responding.
