Theyre holding my money for 5 to 7 days. I also spent probably four dollars in gas to drive there. When I asked to be compensated because their shake machine was down and they didnt have my order when I got there. I should be given some free stuff as well for the inconvenience.Initial Complaint

On July 3rd I ordered online from Arby's in *******************. Got there and there was a sign on the drive up window that they closed early. I tried calling and canceling order with no success. Called the next day and they said they would take care of it. They didn't. Went there and they gave me corporates number. I called them, they said they would credit my debit card back. Hello,I worked at this Sonic Drive-In location for over a year, I recently put my two weeks in and would like to share what was going on inside nearly everyday. Firstly, the only two managers never took the servsafe test and the kitchen manager brings a bottle of alcohol to work every time he was scheduled (taking a drink every 30 minutes or so). The general manager ********************* knew about this, cheering him on some days. Another huge problem was favoritism, we had workers over 60 who had to take orders and run the food because **** was in the back taking a nap and or talking and laughing with the other managers. This was not just one or two experiences, this happened daily. Lastly, I would like to mention that the whole year I worked at this location, only a handful of people took breaks. I ordered from bdubsemployeestore.com to get a shirt and three jackets and paid $50.00 in shipping alone. $196.76 total and never received shipment. I messaged support (pointbsolutions) and was told it was marked as delivered. They did refund me for one of the items which was ***** that was out of stock but still never received the rest of the order. I even have word from my landlord that no package was ever delivered to my address. Back then I didnt know about BBB and thought I just had to live with the fact that I had no choice but to deal with the fact that I basically had $159.26 stolen.Business Response

I was ordering 20 traditional wings and a large fries on July 5/22.The total come out $48.56 plus tax and delivery fee with tips but I'm waiting for couple hours the food never got to my house.I call them and they said DoorDash delivery my food I try to call DoorDash and they said I have to call them.I just want my refund back later on that night I have to order the same food but the different location,I come and pick up the total was $36.57 I paid by the debit card.I don't know what to do it's been 6 weeks now anyway your guys can refund my money back.Thanks a lotInitial Complaint

My daughter ****** worked at Sonic in **********, **. I have called Sonic customer service number THREE times with no response back from corporate. My daughter started working right before Christmas 2021 on day shift. Had no complaints about her from the previous store manager, *************************. When ***** took up a new position and had someone else name ************************* to run the location, that's when it all went downhill. ******* had plans to fire everyone that worked under *****, but told them they were all under a "probation period". One by one she started firing people for all kinds of reasons. June 25th my daughter had off because we were out of town and coming back that day. ******* messaged her asking when she's coming back and if she can come in, because she's short staffed. We rushed home, doing ******* a favor, so my daughter can go work for her until after midnight (I had to pick her up & I was already exhausted). A couple days later my daughter got her license and ******* kept putting her on the schedule to work late. It was concerning to my husband and I about her driving home alone so late, so my daughter asked ******* if she can get put back on days(After she turned 16 early June, she stuck her on nights). ******* told her she mind as well start looking for another job and continued to put her on nights until 11:30 or Midnight. July 20th around 11pm, my daughter was verbally attacked and threatened by a customer. I brought it to ******* and ****** attention on July 21st. ***** never responded, but ******* did. ******* went back through the videos and called me back and said she can hear the threats on cameras and all this. She contacted me later in the day, said I can view the videos and asked me to bring ****** the next morning(Friday). I asked what about and ******* played dumb. She had me bring in ******, to fire her out in the lobby & she lied about being able to hear the threats on cam. ***** was there and said nothing the whole time.Initial Complaint

I am a victim of fraud repeatedly and nothing gets done to prevent said situation from happening over and over. Instead my time gets wasted asking for my points back every time. Recently on 7/30/22 my points were used without authorization. I have sent several emails and was not answered. I would like for my points to be credited back so myself, the rightful owner of them can use them when I please.Business Response

This guest has had previous issues regarding unauthorized use of their Blazin' Rewards account. The guest was advised to reset their password to a strong unique password and only use secure, uncompromised devices when logging into their Blazin' Rewards account. I am rejecting this response because:DO NOT TRY AND INSULT ME, YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO SPEAK SUCH! I have changed my password many times. How about you answer this question: why is it that your own store managers tell me what has happened to me happens all the time? What that means is I get an email that an order has been placed using my accounts points and I have to race against time and call the store that my order was placed and tell them not to give out the order. I have spoken to managers of your store around *****************. They have all thanked me for calling and informing them. How about fixing your security problems? How about this be discussed with the media? All I am asking for is my points be credited back to me so I can use them (the true owner). It is a shame that you respond change password. Let me tell you something. YOUR SYSTEMS ARE EASILY COMPROMISED/HACKED! I have been through this too many times. Own up and accept responsibility of your poorly secured programs. Is it too much for you to credit my points back? Clearly you have guilt because your response was so plain

I ordered take out. When I got to the restaurant they charged me more than what the price was on the menu. I was completely scammed. I told the manager look at this price he said we have new menus coming out. So they have menus in the restaurant at the wrong price they are charging consumers. This is fraud.Business Response

I tried to buy $52.08 cents of wings at Buffalo Wild Wings Location ************************************************************************************. Reason being they ran out of my favorite sauce Mango Habanero. I requested my refund they asked for the last 4 digits of my card. on August 8th at 6:57pm on your app. Its been 9 days and I still have not received it. I called your corporate office and they could not help me I was treated like trash and they didn't even promise me that I would receive my refund and they refused to even let me speak to a higher up. That is completely unprofessional and its honestly so sad that you treat your customers that way. I call corporate office and im not helped that is honestly a first. This guest already contacted our guest relations team as they stated. The case was closed by the franchisee with the following response: "The refund has been process and the guest will be receive the full amount. Called Customer."
If the guest has further issues, they will need to contact the franchisee directly as we cannot process a refund for franchisees.

On 08/12/2022 My wife and I went to Arby's in ********* to eat dinner. We ordered 2 coupon meals(to go)at 7:18pm from Ben(cashier) and we sat down to wait. At 7:33pm I went to the counter to ask about our meals-staff looked at me like "who are you", I explained to the female mgr.-where are our meals, she said our order had been cleared, I said you take my $17.43 and I don't have my meals. With a pissy attitude she finally completed our order-I ask for 2 pies(complimentary of course)and she gave me a GO TO **** look. We received our meals at 7:35pm. With attitudes like Arby's staff, there are plenty of other places for us to eat in Newcastle.
