I am writing to address an issue I experienced at Buffalo Wild Wings and to express my dissatisfaction with the response I received, or rather, the lack thereof, within the 5-day timeframe promised by the company.I frequent Buffalo Wild Wings regularly, and most of the staff know me. On a recent visit, I sat at my usual spot at the bar. When asked for my ID, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. Normally, this wouldnt be an issue because the staff are familiar with me and my age. However, the manager who usually vouches for me was not present, and it was an entirely different team working that day.The server insisted on seeing my ID, citing state law, and directed me to speak with the front desk manager to get the store manager involved. Understanding her position, I decided to comply even though I didnt want to disrupt the cooking staff, as the manager was busy in the kitchen.As I approached to explain my situation and assure her I understood her position, I overheard her laughing about my situation with another coworker, saying, You have no ID, dude, so its a no! This was incredibly unprofessional and neglectful. Her behavior showed a lack of respect for customers, which is unacceptable.After waiting 5-10 minutes for the manager, I finally spoke to him and explained the situation. He also found the employees behavior as justified. No customer should be laughed at in any business, as it creates a negative experience.I initially contacted Buffalo Wild Wings customer service and was assured a response within 5 days, which I did not receive. This lack of follow-through has compounded my frustration.I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to address this issue and ensure that customer care standards are upheld. I went to an Arby's in *****, ******** on Sunday July 21, 2024. I dined in. I wanted the 2 for $6.00 Chicken Sandwiches no mayonnaise add Swiss cheese to both of them. Large Diet **************** and a small free curly fry for the ************** score on Saturday 07/20/2024. When I paid for the meal. It was over $17.00 dollars and i didn't think anything of it because I added cheese to both my sandwiches. I didn't want my receipt so I couldn't show proof what the total was, that was my fault, and the manager did not want to redo my order and see the difference. The manager also told me they couldn't check for back orders. Can someone investigate this for me please? I was overcharged. Thank you. Everyone in Buffalo Wild Wings on olio road in fishers ******* are on drugs and treat their employees with disrespect. ***** is a terrible manager. He also was screaming at me and forced me not to come here again and treated me poorly. Everyone in the place vapes smokes and does drugs behind the customers. And no one in expo wears gloves.. I would recommend digging deeper on drug testing on all the employees in the store and the employers. ***** also harasses his employees during his morning shift.Initial Complaint

This complaint is to make BW3's corporate office aware and hopefully make the customer experience better at the *******, ** location. My family loves Buffalo Wild Wings and we eat in often, or order pickup. I've never seen a location ran poorly like the one near our home. It's a fairly newer location and the pick-up ***** particularly is consistently not checking orders and sending out incorrect/missing items. Nearly every time we visit this location we are forced to go back in for missing or incorrect items. The ****** reviews for this store show that many customers have similar accuracy issues.Particularly on June 30, 2024 at 2:02 PM we placed an order to be picked up by 2:20. At 2:50 PM our order was still not ready, a half hour after it was due to be picked up. My husband finally spoke up and asked the pickup rep (after he had sat there for a half hour) if it was ready yet or what the hold-up was. She got flustered and said she can't control the kitchen. She is elderly, on a ******, and had to go back to the kitchen to check. Meanwhile, the shift manager was sitting in a booth, not assisting her or the kitchen with accuracy or timing of orders. A manager should be helping his staff. This location is failing due to poor management. Orders are late, inaccurate, and packaged sloppy. This isn't consistent with typical BW3's service.I gave them another try the following week on July 8, 2024 at 10:30 PM. My (small) order of 6 wings and onion rings was picked up. Once home, it was missing all of my condiments I paid for, for the onion rings, no celery, just the half-dry wings & cold onion rings, like they had been sitting for 2 hours. I don't want compensation or an apology. I'd like to see better management to improve on accuracy for people in my community so we don't have to drive to another city just for BW3's. This store needs coaching and better management to improve the customer experience, as this is not consistent with BW3's typically great service.Initial Complaint

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to express my disappointment with the Buffalo Wild Wings located at ***************************************************************************************************************************Today, July 10th, 2024, Buffalo Wild Wings advertised a special promotion offering 6 Free Wings with a minimum $10 purchase exclusively for online orders placed through their app or website. Unfortunately, when attempting to place an order online to take advantage of this promotion, I encountered significant issues. The online ordering system for this location was temporarily unavailable, preventing me from placing my order as intended.This is not the first time I have experienced such issues with online ordering at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings location, especially during promotions. It is concerning that during peak promotional periods, their online systems seem unable to handle the increased demand.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and urge Buffalo Wild Wings corporate to review the business practices of their ********, ******** location. I placed an order on the app and arrived 5 minutes later, which was my ETA for the order to be fulfilled. 3 shakes. The parking lot was not packed. The app did not allow me to check in at the stall, there was some time of a glitch. I checked into stall 10, pressed the red button and waited after giving my order information. I saw a man continue to get attention from a female worker outside of the restaurant periodically, appearing to be romantically involved, while many others pulled up, waited and then left without ordering. I counted a total of at least 3 employees inside. After 47 minutes, it appears to be a manager that came out and asked if we had placed an order. He kindly offered to make an additional shake, which we declined. Within 5 minutes I received my order. The cheesecake master shake was nothing but vanilla soft serve, I didnt find a single bit of actual cheesecake or the advertised ****** cracker crumbs. On July 4, 2024. I was charged for food that wasnt eaten. I was also surrounded by employees. I was told that they were going to call the police and I wasnt leaving if the store that I didnt want to pay for the food. On 02/27/2024 i stopped by to place an order for take out at Buffalo Wild Wings. After the cashier rang up my total she had double added things and then removed things then re added. We were struggling to get order correct and once the order was completed I checked my receipt and order was still incorrect. I asked cashier to simply void my order as I no longer wanted the food. ******* stated she would go ahead and void then refund and I had nothing to worry about. ***** later while speaking with my accountant she brought to my attention that the order was never refunded to which I stopped by the restaurant and spoke with a manager who told me cashiers have no access to void orders and asked why it had taken so long for me to bring to their attention. I advised the manager i do work out of town and i put my trust in his employees who assured me that it would be voided and never advised i needed to speak to a manager. He then stated he needed to pull camera footage and investigate then he would get back to me within the next week which he never did. I went back the restaurant to speak to the manager to which he told me he needed to escalate the situation to his boss **********************. He stated that ****** would be in touch with me within the next week or so. I allowed 2 weeks for them to investigate and wait for a call back to which I never received a call. I went back on 06/20/2024 to request a number for ****** as he was not reaching out to me. I did not receive an answer from him until 06/21/2024 to which I missed the call. I returned his call within 24hrs requesting for him to reach out to me again and apologized for missing his call. I have not heard anything back from the restaurant manager nor the head manager. I would like a refund in the full amount as I have paid the restaurant money and never received the food. I have been patient and understanding and both manager have not offered any solutions for my issues not contacted me attempting to resolve my issue.
