      BUFFALO WILD WINGS, *************************************** (***** UNIVERISTY BRANCH) IS A JOKE. THEY ALLOWED ME TO MAKE AN ORDER ONLINE AND PAY. WHEN I AND ANOTHER CO-WORKER WHO ORDERED WENT TO PICK UP OUR ORDER AROUND 130PM EST, A YOUNG LADY HAD LOCKED DOOR AND THEN EXITED THE BUILDING AFTER WE KNOCKED FOR A WHILE AND ADVISED SHE JUST QUIT AND WE ARE BASICALLY GOOD LUCK TO US ON GETTING A REFUND. CALLED THE LOCATION AFTER I GOT OFF WORK AND SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN NAMED ******* WHO SHOWED ZERO EMPATHY AND GAVE NO APOLOGY. HE ASKED DO YOU STILL WANT THE FOOD. TOLD HIM I WOULD PREFER MY REFUND WHICH HE ADVISED WILL TAKE 3-5 DAYS TO RETURN TO OUR ACCOUNT. THE HANDLING OF THAT SITUATION WAS POOR AND IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS, PLEASE SHUT THIS FACILITY DOWN ASAP.

      Took my neice to the *********** ******* location, such a mistake, her meal didn't come until 20 min after our entire party got there food, the waiting staff was unable to turn the channel, and messed up our bill

      Absolute joke, they and their corporate company thinks it's funny that one of their employee's while still in her uniform at a gas station attempted to assault me and caused a verbal altercation! I called corporate twice now once to file a complaint against said waitress/hostess and the manager that was on that night, the second time was to find out why no one bothered to even call me back 2 weeks after the first call. Was told that someone would be in touch with me in 24 hours, and here we are sitting at 3 days past! Police report was filed, and next step I will be contacting the State ************************* Someone with a known violent past and attempting to start a fight while wearing their company's uniform should be punished, not ignored and allowed to continue to work.

      I was charged for an order which was never delivered. Numerous calls to the restaurant were not answered. When I called corporate customer service they said they had no way of contacting the restaurant or issuing a refund and couldn't do anything.

      I am a vegetarian! My husband brought me cauliflower wings which were good.The next day I called and asked what kind of oil they use to fry and they said BEEF TALLOW, which is sheep fat! Where does it say that on the menu! Gross! Gross! Gross! I am beyond disgusted and very upset. I want the menu to state that the cauliflower is not vegetation at once! Just disgusting on all levels!

      DO NOT DINE HERE! We have patronized this location before and have always had a great experience. On January 30th, our experience was not so pleasant. We sat at the bar and unfortunately began being harassed by an intoxicated man. The guy kept asking my husband his name and began invading our privacy and personal space. I told the bartender that we were being harassed by this patron. The bartender asked the patron to leave us alone and gave him his check to leave. He did not leave. He began kicking my husband and his chair. My husband stood up and asked the guy to leave him alone. Another patron intervened and stated that he has witnessed this patron harassing us all night and that he should leave. At that time, the bartenders and the manager, *****, approached the patron and asked him to leave, which he refused. The police were called, and the patron left the restaurant. The Manager, *****, returned to the area, walked pass me and my husband and asked to speak to the patron that intervened. She apologized to him for the incident and never said anything to me or my husband and we were the customers being harassed. Strange right. Mind you my husband and I are African American, and the patrons involved were not. Oddly enough, the patron that intervened said to me that ***** should be apologizing to you and your husband because you were the customers that were harassed and insulted. ***** never came back to check on us or to even apologize. Again, mind you, she had to walk pass us to apologize to the patron sitting right next to me to again apologize. I actually requested ***** to come speak to me where I suggested that we were the patrons that should have been apologized to. She stated, and I quote, "I was going to get a drink of water before I apologized to you." How ridiculous does that sound. She never had any intention on apologizing to us for this incident. Quite interesting, right. I don't want to suggest race played a part in this but is sure seems like it.

      This company is trash. Nothing but issues with their restaurants. Waited 50 mins for my food at ********** Sonic store #****. Provided me order incorrectly made(added mayo), didn't have ketchup or mustard. Waited I. Stall 45 mins and then went to drive through window. I asked what was taking so long and employee smartly told me burgers had to be made. Does it really take 50 mins to make 3 burgers? Seriously?!?! Reached out to speak to store manager and store GM and never received a response. I will no longer purchase food from any Inspire brands. Inspire, you can thank ********** Sonic store #**** for that

      I received an email offering "free birthday wings," but when I tired to log in, the website demanded that a code be sent to my phone. I have a land line, so that WON'T WORK! Not every single person has/needs a stupid cell phone, so there should have been an option to send the code to my email.I sent two emails to BWW headquarters, but never received a response to either of them.Buh-bye, BWW!

      I had a terrible experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings on ***** *********** ****, **. I tried to place a to-go order, but the employee refused without providing any reason. Instead, they insisted that I sit down at a table and order my wings there. To make matters worse, the employee forced me to take a few bites of my food before allowing me to get a to-go box. And even then, I was told that I had to box up my food myself. This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable and the worst I have ever encountered. I am truly disgusted with the way I was treated.
