      I had a blast at BWW!!!!!! The spot was poppin', the screen was lit with a calm luh football action, and me and the gang was vibin'. The food tho? Straight fire!!! Wings were on point, crispy and saucy. Service was tight too. Can't wait to roll back with the squad!!!!!

      This location on ******** in ********* has been the worst for the majority of the 13 years I've lived near it. Delivery is never an option because of the constant missing food and mistakes. Dining in has been terrible too. My son and I went to eat and see a game. Besides the long wait to even take our order, my son's food came out 20 minutes before my food. He was done eating before I even started. I should have left but the food came right at the minute I was about the get the check and leave. The managers are useless as well because neither one came over to see how we were doing. The managers promise over and over again to change and nothing ever changes.

      I placed an online order on Friday night and paid online. I received an email confirming my order which included items ordered and total of all items. when i went to pick up the order, i was given the sack and i drove home. I made a mistake on not checking the entire order. i was missing a whole meal of tenders and tots. i looked at the kitchen receipt and it said tenders were not available and no mention of the tots, which I did not get. I did not receive an email telling me they could not complete my order, nor did the person that gave me my order. I called to tell them that according to my only email, I was charged for everything. I was put on hold, then hung up on, so today, I went in person, only to be told I needed to talk to general manager, who would be there in 1 or 2 hours and they would call me. At least 3 hours later, I call and ask for general manager and after waiting 2 more minutes, get hung up on, again. i call again and get put on hold again. another 2 minutes later I get the general manager who tells me I apol0gise for the inconvenience. She then tells me her receipt says I was not charged for the meal I didn't get, after I tell her my bank records show that I was charged for the entire order I placed. If I was charged the entire amount, I had to dispute it with my bank, because she has no control over that. Very unprofessional on all people involved. I asked her if she thought any of the people involved on Friday deserved the $6 tip I gave. She said she didn't know how that was divided. If you can't fill an order, tell them. If someone calls to dispute, don't hang up on them 3 times. I will never go back to the one in ****************. I told the general manager to hold on to her receipt, If I can't get the bank to change the charge, I will be back. Very disappointed.

      This past Sunday, we visited the *** #***. It was pretty packed. We saw the sticker on the table so I used my camera to open the app and I ordered a cheeseburger and I had to provide my cc information in order to place the order. We finally got a hold of the waitress and my fianc ordered tacos through the waitress. We ordered lemonade through the waitress which she did bring out. I also asked her for a strawberry martini because it was advertised and she advised they dont have strawberry martinis today. I did ask for it frozen. Ok so we noticed everyone around us placing orders and receiving their food. We noticed people who arrived after us getting food. I realized it had been an hour and we were fed up. We signaled for the waitress to come over and she advised she was coming but instead she went to multiple tables sitting down to take orders. I had enough and went to find a MANAGER. I met the Asst ******* Manager who advised it wasnt the waitresses fault as she cant keep up with all of the orders. I said we are leaving with no food and I want to make sure my credit card doesnt get charged. He goes into the systems and voids both orders however the charge for my cheeseburger posted to my account. I never received any food. This place needs new management and better staff. If they cant handle the crowd hire more staff! It is unacceptable to have everyone around us getting food except for us.

      Very unprofessional establishment, if you close at 2am there is no reason why you are shutting everything down at 1am and not accepting anymore customers per your own selfish constraint.

      The app took my order and charged my card. It gave me a time to pick up from the location. Upon my arrival, the person working the register claimed that there was no order. I showed the order on my phone, showed the charge to my card, showed the app stating when and where to pick up my order but received nothing.I never received my order even though I was charged the full amount (including the tip). I spoke to several crew members and the manager and was rudely told to "trust them" that the charge wouldn't go through. It's been over a week and my account still has the charge. I have all screenshots as well as the transaction history on my card even though I never received any food after waiting nearly an hour.

      Arby's ************ I went to this location on 6/22/23 when they were advertising hamburgers. I purchased a combo the hamburger was pink on the inside. I tried to contact them and no one answered the phone. I went online and filed a complaint ********** with Arby's that lead me to believe they would compensate me and address the burgers not fully cooked. Arby's never sent or address what they said they would do. So, I followed up on 7/18/23. I contacted them again by email on 8/3/23. I still haven't received anything from them. I would not go back to this location because they are slow in service at the drive-thru and poor customer service. This company has proven that as well - Slow and lack customer service.

      Will never eat at buffalo wild wings again....until i get employee benefits including wages for the time spent placing my own appetizer, food and beverage order. New company policy forces customers to scan ur code to input orders. Waitress allowed to deliver ordered product and that is it. Also, menu delivered through ur code is not up to date so you are forced to order products that weren't delivered. Sounds like fraud to me. If you want to enjoy your time out with service for whatever reason, go somewhere else. I was forced to put at least one star ** in order to submit this review.

      This location has no good customer service, nasty, racist attitudes, and poor services. The two white ones behind the bar Sunday July 30,2023 exhibit all ,and the manager that we talked to with a overpowering smell od Marijuana as well. All of us of color never received meals, and the white man said clearly that it's not his problem. I hope many read this. As a decorated ******************** this foolishness is still exhibited by whites in the country. This location on Arlington Street is the pits. He didn't take the tabs for the drinks, only showing how stupid he was talking to othe whites at the bar about us as though I couldn't hear him. If not white even though some are employed there, do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else.
