      It's astounding that a company whose mission is "clean up" and restoration is so amazingly unaware of how their actions spread pathogens. Over the past couple of days a few different people from Quick Restore have worked on a situation at my chronically ill son's house. Although I explained the extent of my son's health situation to the first person to come by, he didn't pass on that information to the others who came by the second day. In a business like this, it seems to me that communication among workers is of utmost importance. But, the other side of this issue is sending out different people everyday, when the same or two people should be doing the work, rather than however many they send. I got a call this morning from a third different person about continuing the work. So, what do the Quick Restorers do when working on his bathroom? They are putting the toilet plunger, trashcan, rug, and other items from a toxic bathroom out in the hallway, including on top of his partially filled laundry basket. When he discovered what they had done last night, he went into a panic. With so little energy to do anything, just the idea of having to deal with the mess was hugely problematic. He is going to have to throw away all of his clothes in the laundry basket, along with the laundry basket, and he's not sure what to do about sanitizing his hallway. How can a company that is supposed to clean up toxic situations be so very incompetent and clueless about how their own actions can be making things worse when it comes to spreading germs? This inability to actually think about what they're doing is extremely problematic for people who are struggling with illnesses, but it's also problematic for reasonably healthy people. In fact, it is this sort of action that can spread disease and initiate many of these sorts of chronic illnesses. And, now it's going to cost even more to replace his clothes and any other things that have been contaminated!

      All I can say is that Quick Restore is amazing! Literally a half hour after our plumber contacted them, they showed up to assess the leak damage. And within an hour of that, they coordinated with my insurance company and had fans/dehumidifiers in house. I had a dedicated rep throughout the while process and they made it easy and convenient for me. I aplogize as I do not have all the names but my main contact was ****. I cannot say enough thank you's to all that everyone did to help contain, clean, repair and restore my leak damage as well as bear with my limited ability! Awesome company!

      **** was awsome! QR and their team did a fantastic job. I'm so happy we used QR after out hot water heater broke and caused damage. Will definitely be contacting **** and QR for some other projects needed done around the house. All work done was professional. Looks amazing! So happy.Thank you **** and QR. You guys ROCK..
