    ON MAY 9TH I ORDERED 3 ORDERS $28.75 EACH TIME FOR BIGGSBY COFFEE . IT WAS FOR $25.00 AND YOU GET $50.00 IN RETURN. I HAVE ORDERED FROM HERE BEFORE, AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THEY TOOK IT OUT OF MY BANK 3 TIMES THE SAME DAY ( WHICH I ORDERED 3 THAT IS RIGHT) I NEVER GOT A E MAIL BACK AS I USUALLY DO, BUT THEY SURE TOOK THE MONEY BACK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WHICH IS A TOTAL OF $86.25. THE ***** STATION B 95 ALWAYS ADVERTISES THIS. I NEED MY MONEY AND I AM NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS. THIS IS A LOT OF MONEY. Email confirmation ****** "MAILED CERTIFICATES are processed within **** business days. You should receive your order within three weeks. It will arrive in a plain white envelope with IncentRev in return address area."Progress: Have not received the certificate as of 6/1/2022 and cannot get in contact with the business. No listed phone number, only an online option to contact ***************** **************** Ticket submitted on 5/20/2022 after others known to be me received their certificate ~7 days after ordering (they also ordered after me) and received an email they would get back to me in an estimated 5-7 days. I have not heard anything and have no way of contacting them. The Card is only valid for Golf Season 2022 and I am in the area June and July.Order Number: *********

    I ordered a 100 count book of **** forever stamps for $48. I never received my order. I've contacted the merchant numerous times and the merchant chooses to not respond with a real person to resolve my complaint.Order# ********* Purchased 04/14/2022 14:10:12

    I am rejecting this response because:  The merchant doesn't respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner.  I have to purchase replacement product because the merchant's customer service *****.  It should not have taken many weeks to find out the cause of the problem.  If the merchant cannot ship the product in a reasonable amount of time, I should be able to cancel my order.  I asked for a phone call many times and never received one.
