I purchased gift certificates for Dreamland BBQ on 10/28/2022 thought sweet deals. I paid $28.95 for $50 worth of gift certificates. The advertisement was $25 for 2- $25 gift certificates. I gifted one of them to my brother and the other I kept for myself. When my brother went to use his the restaurant said they were no longer accepting gift certificates because sweet deals did not pay them. The restaurant had been loosing money with the gift certificates. I have paid for the certificate and have been unable to use them because of this. I have reached out to sweet deals multiple times since I am unable to use it at the restaurant I would like a refunds/compensation or something. All I have heard from sweet deals is they will have someone contact me but no one has. Its been about 3 weeks of waiting and trying to contact them and no progress has been made. Sweet Deals works with local merchants on trade deals. We provide them local advertising on the radio and in *** of payment they provide ** with gift certificates to resale. We have reached out to the Corporate Director of Dreamland and were assured that they will honor these certificates in the future.
As a goodwill gesture, I have voided your certificates and issued a refund for the purchase amount. You should see funds in your account within **** business days depending on your banking institution.

I purchased a golf voucher card for ****** + tax (******) April 3rd. I was supposed to receive within 7 days. Two others have received their vouchers about a week ago. I contacted sweet deals twice via email with no response. I contacted incentrev via ************ and this number is disconnected. ******** number was *********. For *************** card. Sorry for the misunderstanding, your certificate(s) were produced with your name and a unique security code. And the purchase agreement states that your items will be mailed within 7 business days. However, this does not include the transit time by the carrier, so delivery times will vary.

On October 19, 2022, I purchased from SweetDeals.com (IncentRev) $50 in certificates to a local restaurant -*************** (order number *********). The expiration date on the certificates was April 19, 2023. In the first week of March, I attempted to use the certificates and when I drove to their location, I found that the restaurant had permanently closed. I contacted customer service through **********************, and explained that the restaurant had shut down and was no longer there, and asked if I could please have credit to use to purchase another "deal". I received a response telling me that "according to the internet, they are located at **************************************. I responded back and told them that I went to that location and the restaurant is out of business. I sent a couple more emails giving more details as to what I had found out. They never responded back to me. Approximately 2 weeks later, I sent a new message to customer service and received a response that my request was being merged with the first request. I wrote back and told CS that the reason that I started a new ticket was because I could not get a response from anyone on the first ticket. I never heard back. I attempted several times to get some kind of response, and yet I received no answer. I sent screenshots from the ******** page (dated about the end of Feb, 2023) of the owners stating that they were closing their restaurant. (attaching 3 screenshots of letter and other screenshots below.) I still received no communication from them. I started over a month before the expiration of the certificates, but they would not communicate with me. I provided several items to let them know that the restaurant was out of business, but still no answer. Also, sending screenshots of emails I sent asking for their help, and what I received from ***************** I am not asking for refund - *********** so that I get something the $ 50 that I paid. First, I want to thank you sincerely for your assistance in this issue. I am so impressed. I've been working on this for over 6 weeks and not gotten anywhere with it. Second, I will gladly accept their resolution, BUT it says any unused/ unexpired certificates. I have all of the certificates, and they are obviously unused. But while communicating back and forth with their customer service, those certificates expired. I stated that to customer service a few times - that they were going to expire about April 19, 2023. Do you think that they will penalize me by not refunding the money because I don't feel it is my fault since I've been trying to get this resolved for weeks. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I do have a question: I checked on their web site to see how I originally paid (because I lost a debit card and had it replaced so if that was the payment, it won't go back to that), and that transaction has been marked "void" since our correspondence. Is there a way to find out the payment method so I can be on the lookout for the credit? Also, I responded back after your first contact with me last week, explaining that in their offer response, they said any "unused/unexpired" certificates. I started trying to communicate with them the first week of March- over a month before the certificates expired, but at this point of attempting to work with them, the certificates have expired. Will they still give me the refund for them since this was not my fault? I truly appreciate your help, and will be awaiting response from you as to the payment question and the expiration issue. We purchased (4) Zips car wash coupon codes. We paid $10.00 for each wash and they were sold as half price car washes. $20.00 car wash for $10.00. When we went to use them we still had to pay $10.00 for the car wash so the price of the car wash was actually full price. I have sent at least 4 messages to the company, but no response. Information is below and is for one of the car washes. I only wish to refund our $40.00 for the 4 car washes purchased. on 11/28/22 I purchased $229.88 worth of merchandise for my grandchildren for Christmas. I have yet to see the "certificate" nor have the items sent to me. One inquiry says "certificate will be mailed in **** days" the next inquiry states that the product will be shipped directly to me. This is absurd. They no longer need to be doing business... whoever THIS particular company is that joined IncetRev because I haven't had this issue before. I purchased a 100 ********* American Flag Forever Stamps for $48.99 on my credit card from Sweet Deals on March 14, 2022. The order # is *********. I received the stamps and used them for 7 months. On October 29, 2022, I received a letter from the local Postmaster stating - "Recently, you sent a letter. My clerk and I agreed that the postage affixed to the letter looked counterfeit. We are aware that this is most likely unintentional and hoping that you can bring the other stamps and an original purchase receipt. Some things you may not be aware of are: real stamps will never be on sale. If you see an offer like this it is more than likely counterfeit."I went to the ************ Spoke with the clerk. Left the stamps with them. They were going to contact their investigative team to confirm they're counterfeit. Meanwhile, on Oct. 29, I sent an email to InCentRev describing the situation. I received an immediate reply giving me a Ticket #****** and to give 5-7 business days for a response. On Nov. 1, I called IncentRev ************ the company who charged my credit card for the stamps. Had to leave a message with my order # stating my *********** believes the stamps are counterfeit and I'd like a refund posted to my credit card. The recording stated to expect a response in ***** hrs. No answer. Called again Nov. 3. Had to leave a similar message giving Order # and I stated I emailed them also giving Ticket # and I'd appreciate a response back. No answer. Called for the third time-Nov. 7- Gave ************** #. Still no reply either by phone/email. On Nov. 10(business day 9) Called and left message with ************** #. Stating "this is business day 9 and still no reply by phone or email. You are not following through on what you're messages say about waiting 5-7 business days for email or ***** hrs on phone call." Still no reply. They HAVE NOT responded to my request of a refund AT ALL. Or responded period.Recording stated to give ***** hrs for a response.Business Response

I did get me refund. Thank you. However, I believe Sweet Deals is still trying to sell the stamps at a discount. Two days after my refund, I received an email from Sweet Deals showing their deals. **** Forever Stamps were once again for sale. I was told by the *********** that US Postage CAN NEVER be sold by any US Postal Outlet or AUTHORIZED Retail Outlet at a discounted price. I am happy that I received a refund but I believe the practice of selling these stamps at a discount is highly questionable. I believe Sweet Deals is still selling them at a discounted price. I purchased a certificate for $25.00 for a $50.00 meal at ***********. There were three locations open when I bought it. All their locations are now closed. I wrote to Sweetdeals and they said ************ location was still open. This is untrue. I drove by this location and there was a big sign on the door saying it was closed. I booked a hotel last week and the entire amount went to my credit card and zero was deducted from my credit. I have called Happi Traveler (the hotel web site) twice and the nice women said she saw the issue and would send it to management. I also filled out an email and asked for help. It has been a week and I have not even been given the courtesy of a reply. I have purchased several items from Sweet Deals in the past without any problems.
