date of transation 8/11/23 purchased **************** lifetime liscense ******* order number: ********* in the amount of $39.99 We were sent an email from Sweet Deals for different promotions going on. We wanted their promotion for the ***************** for windows lifetime liscense. We paid for that and were sent instructions that YOUR PRINT ON DEMAND VOUCHERS ARE ATTACHED TO THIS EMAIL....when we opened the voucher it told us to click the link at the top right of the page to download the program but there is no link at the top of the page. It says our voucher has been redeemed. I don't know if I redeemed it or not, If I did, I am unable to use it because the link is missing at the top of the voucher to follow for actual download. Or was it already used by someone else?? I cannot get ahold of this company for clarification. No phone number. We filled out a request for help form and have heard nothing back. We are afraid this is a scam??? We would like a refund pleaseBusiness Response

On or around 7/23, I went through Ticket 1310/96.7 radio station add for Sweet Deals for a trip to *******************/San ****. It said the vouchers would come in the mail ***** I believe ***** days in plain white envelope. I always check mail daily. I went through Sweet Deals site to see there is no phone # to contact. They send you to IncentRev. I received generic "it will be responded to in order received" with ticket #******. Then, I received a response to open the voucher in the initial e-mail I received on date of purchase. It's not in my inbox, my spam, or my deleted e-mails AND it said it would be coming in the mail but neither has happened. They sent me another supposed link today to my vouchers but it doesn't let me log in AND it says it doesn't recognize my e-mail address to allow me to change password. THAT'S STRANGE, considering I continue to get e-mails from "SweetDeals" almost every day for new deals to that same e-mail address. IF IT'S NOT A SCAM, WHY WOULDN'T THEY JUST "RESEND", (MORE LIKE SEND THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE)?Business Response

I placed an order for season passes to the Ventura County Fair. I mistyped my email address (website does not require you to confirm email address). My card was charged but I never received a confirmation email with vital information to retrieve my passes. I have sent 3 emails, as this business does not offer phone support. I havent heard back. The fair starts in 2 days and I am without any way to retrieve my passes and without any response from this business. Attached is my receipt with order number as well as my incorrect email address. I was able to reach out to customer and resolve the issue. The charges were decline due to AVS error and the money never transferred to our account. ******** has released the funds into the customer account. Complaint and support tickets will be closed as no further action is required from us.

On 5/18/23 I ordered two 25$ gift cards to *******. I then received an email that they were shipped on 5/25/23. I never received either card so I emailed the company on 6/12 and 6/16. On 6/18 I got an email from ***************************** at IncentRev asking if I had gotten them and I responded that I had not. I haven't heard a thing since. The order numbers are 264 and 274. Sweetdeals.com Order # ********* Purchase Date: 2023-05-28 14:05:29 I heard this ad from the radio station. So i went to purchase and I have one confirmation email and I was charged twice! Also I had no idea I needed to wait 2-3 WEEKS for the certificate to arrive in the MAIL. I thought I would get an email with a digital copy of the certificate. This was a birthday gift for my mother I did not intend on waiting weeks for this. No one from their customer support has gotten back to me via email or phone! I have emailed them May 28 and May 31. This has SCAM written all over it. In the year 2023 there is absolutely NO REASON a business cannot automate their point of sales and send me a virtual certificate to my email or respond to my refund request within 24 hrs! I am not sure what year "Sweetdeals.com" based out of ******* but has their certificates fulfilled in ****, advertising in ********** over the radio is living in but this is not it!!!Their zendesk customer support email automates that they received my email but no one has gotten back to me. A refund is also a very simple request that should only take seconds to complete. I imagine a business that advertises over the radio cant be that busy. When I tried calling the number that is listed on the BBB website (there is no phone number anywhere on their Sweetdeals site) No on answers the phone, but I received an automated text message response that I can text them, but again no response. how is this BBB accredited?? I placed orders for gift certificates with Sweet Deals on May 27, 2022 (order #*********) and June 17, 2022 (order #*********). Each order was for a $50.00 gift certificate to *******************************************************************************************************. The amount I paid for the two certificates with processing and/or shipping fees was $57.90. (The total for each one was $28.95). I received the certificates, but the business has been closed. I have contacted them three times, on October 25, 2022 (Ticket #******), December 30, 2022 (Ticket #******), and January 18, 2023. **************** at ********************** stated that the business was closed. They said the business was sold and the new owner would honor the certificates. I tried calling the English Inn *************) and received a recorded message that the number has been changed and the new number is unknown.
