    There was an issue with not getting the voucher after paying for it. We reached out to Sweet Deals via email and the situation was rectified within a few days. No run around or jumping through hoops, they sent the voucher without delay. Good Job.

    Less than 1 star..No way to get ahold of this service that took my money out if my **** totaling more than.$135. They had a glitch on there website and processed 2 orders at $111.50 each for 5 vouchers. I only wanted 1 order of 5 vouchers it was split into 2 order of 2 vouchers in each order then upon checking my **** account there was 2 pending for $111.50 each upon emailing them and saying I was good with the 4 vouchers the emailing me 6 more and haven't corrected the issue. I've ******** over 150 vouchers from them and this is the second time in the last 2 orders from there website they had problems with I'm done with them and would use caution ?? with this site as there's no phone number to call and **** showed a phone number that's out of service.

    I went on the site to make a purchase. All of my info was in but it wouldnt let me make the purchase. I refreshed the page and the amount of certificates was lower but still available and again I was wasnt able to make the purchase. I tried this 3 times and the place order wouldnt come up. After a 4th attempt it said sold out. This website is a joke. Im curious how I wasnt able to buy but others were. This was not the first time this has happened.

    The nature of our promotions makes only a small quantity available at a time. They go on sale "first come, first served" as a reward to the valued audience of the station.
    The system allows for multiple transactions within fractions of seconds of one another. Each week we process transactions for radio and television stations all over the country and see 100 certificates sell out in as little as 40 seconds in some cities.
    Usually, a new deal is offered each week. Some sell out very quickly and others take a bit longer. We hope that you will take advantage of the promotions in the future!

    I ordered a certificate with 50/50 Deals promoted on a local radio station. Apparently I did not pay close attention to the confirmation email I received because I did not see that I could have printed the certificate from the email. I contacted the company after I saw that I had been billed on my credit card invoice. Within 24 hours of contacting the company I received an email with complete instructions of how to retrieve and print my certificate. Outstanding customer service.

    After having issues with mail delivery (twice) and a few months. I received the gist certificates as ordered. A little slow in responding to emails, they do let you know it typically takes about ten days for emails to get a response. Not there fault **** failed to deliver. I will order from them again.

    I just purchased a deal from Sweetdeals.com. I placed my order then entered all of my shipping and payment information. Before I could even take a screenshot of my order the site took me back to the home page without providing me with any receipt or confirmation of my purchase. Its been 15 minutes and I still havent received an email even though an email address is a requirement, so I may have just been scammed out of $28.95. The reason I know the amount is I went to my Apple Card to see if I had been charged. I just checked my email again to make certain I havent received a notification while typing this. NOTHING! Checked again before leaving this review. STILL NOTHING!

    Website crashes and continues to ask for information that you already have loged in for a quicker Purchase order period. It's 50,/50. And a race for time to get your information in, most sell out 5 to 9 minutes.

    The pre-fills should work for you after you make an initial purchase, but that is dependent on the browser you use.
