  I have met and worked with 5 different employees of Service First Pros and could not be more pleased with their professionalism, stellar communication skills, promptness and quality of service as well as the pricing compared to competitors. Each one has commented how much they enjoy working for this company and it shows!! They appear thorough in everything they do and I am especially impressed with the quality control checks to make sure the project manager and installers completed their jobs correctly.

  Do not use this company. They are liars and created an account in my name that I did not authorize. They also are very deceptive and I am working on my issue right now to file charges against Service 1st Pros and ****************** Services who they used to activate an account in my name.**************

  Called at arrival time to tell me they would be two to four hours late after I waited ALL day! An apology is not enough! I would not recommend this company at all!

  Service 1st Pros is very reliable. We used them during Xmas when my mothers heat stopped working and they were the only company to answer the phone. We used them for ourselves now to get a new heat pump system. They came on time and did a great job. We highly recommend them.

  No one likes to have HVAC issues with costly repairs . Service First Pros did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of. They serviced me at late hours and worked with me on the pricing to give me the value and service that was needed.   No one likes to be told that they need to replace their HVAC system. We have been Service First Pros customers for years. They had saved ** thousands of dollars when another HVAC company had incorrectly told us that we needed to replace a fully functioning system in our previous house and we had always felt like we could trust their recommendations. But when the Service First Pro technician told us that the furnace in our new house was full of mold, leaking air, leaking gas, leaking oil and too far gone to repair, we did not want to believe him. We brought in a second and a third company to give us their opinions, which confused us even more abut the extent of the problem and what we needed to do to correct it. We explained our confusion and frustration to ****, the customer ********************** person at **********************. She had had **** come out the next day to try and help us. **** was very patient and spent over an hour explaining in detail what the issues were and going over the options. We decided that the system was beyond repair and that it was time to replace it. At that point, we had two other estimates, so **** went to work calling their suppliers to put a package together that included not just a replacement of the system, but upgrades to its functionality. And he was able to give us an estimate that was superior to the other companies. We decided to use Service First Pros to replace the entire HVAC system. We were very pleased with the work the installation team did--they had the work done within a day, despite some challenges with duct work that needed to be redirected.I hope that I never have to do another HVAC replacement--it was way too stressful and expensive. But I am appreciate of the honest and professional service that Service First Pros gave us.

  I can’t imagine using any other service. Their work quality and service technicians are great. It’s nice to know that Service First Pro have such great & experienced technical people in their employees. I Highly recommend them to all of my friends. I’ve already scheduled another service cleaning on my dryer vent, which has never been serviced. I give them 2 thumbs up.

  Technicians ***** and ****** were courteous and professional. They did and excellent job installing the return in the ceiling. Very neat and clean. This company does awesome work. Highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
