      All the staff I came into contact with were very friendly. The booking agent attended to my need to book an appointment as soon as possible. The young man who did the inspection and estimate was very knowledgeable and efficient. The installers did an excellent job, were very polite, and cleaned up afterward. A very professional company! I would recommend them to anyone!

      3 grand for 2 hours with of work and zero materials. The first person to come out and do the assessment told us the problem was the return. His solution was the duct service for ********. I told him it was something with the dampener. Desperate to get resolved we agreed. The repair man shows up and sure enough, it was the dampener. Service man removed the dampener, re connected one return and put some insulation over a couple to ducts. When really we just needed the dampener removed. In and out in under 2 hours, absolutely not worth it and will not be return clients

      Excellent service! ***** and **** were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Service 1st Pro for anyone looking to replace their AC. Prices were reasonable and I am so happy with our choice to go with this company!
