    My brother and I purchased a pre-order from this company sometime last year and the pre-order product was released in the beginning of this year and it still hasn't shipped out out. We contacted them email and other social media accounts and asked about the purchase we made and no response the only response I got was getting blocked by them on multiple platforms. All they did was steal our money, I have to work for a living and for them just to steal it is horrible. Please do something to this company all they are doing is stealing from ever individual.

    So I ordered some items from this company as a pre-order, meaning that they were to ship at a later date. I’m fine with that. It’s a normal thing. I ordered them in November 2023, expecting them to ship around January or February 2024 per their website. I then started seeing orders with them same items I had ordered get delivered to other people, yet I didn’t have mine, so I simply followed up with the business on social media and through email. I got no responses on email and they were very rude on social media. Another month passed with ZERO updates anywhere on whether I would get my items or not so I followed up again, only this time I not only didn’t get a response through email, I was also now blocked through their social media outlets. My other issue throughout all of this is between the time I was trying to follow up with them and the time I placed the order, the company switched platforms for hosting their website. So not only was I getting no response from the company, I now couldn’t even access MY OWN ORDER because they had changed platforms. This company does NOT care about helping customers and when they have any issues or anything, their first resolution is to simply cut ALL communication with the customer. I’ve seen it happen to multiple people, not only me. They are shady, rude, and don’t honor business transactions that have been performed through normal means. A horrible company to do business with.

    I made an order (order #****** previously #****) in May 2023 for Funko pops for $55.69. I was told that the orders were pushed back to December but afterwards there was no further updates on when my orders would arrive. They claimed that they would “ship out products 48 hours of receiving the stock.” But that is not the case because they had said they received the products back in February 2024.
    I have tried contacting through their social media page but they advised to contact through email where there has been silence for months. None of my emails have ever been responded to. Nor has my messages through their social media pages.

    I made a purchase on ******** *, 2023 for $$61.92 I emailed for an update on ******** ** of 2023 and received an email update ever since then I have tried various times to contact them ******** ** ***** *** ***** ** and ***** * with no response at all I have tried contacting them via phone number. I have also tried contacting them via email and no reply my bank said I only had 60 days to dispute and I had to bring it to Better Business Bureau.

    Bought multiple items that stated they were in stock and ready to ship on ******2024. These items never updated on their website and never showed out of stock. No update from the store on when my items would ship. I attempted contact to the business through various ways including email and their active social media pages. No response and was actually blocked by their business. Contacted Funko directly and asked about this store and was told they are not authorized to offer presale items like the big box stores. I have still not received any means of contact t from this company and they refuse to issue a refund.

    I ordered from the store’s online shop Funko Bros on 08***/2024. I ordered two non pre-order Funko Pop! Collectible figures for a total of $32.87. The store never sent me my items and refused to respond to my requests for updates via email and ******* * ** Eventually I had to threaten to submit charges for fraud at which point they began messaging me. They said the items were not in stock. They never provided me a refund at that time and never gave me any update on an expected timeline. This is over 5 months at this time. After multiple additional messages that were not responded to I asked how I could get refunded. They initiated a refund for only partial $24.65 citing they have a 25% restocking fee. Which would be reasonable if the items were ever in stock which they confirmed they never were and have not been to date. Or if the non - preorder item had not been ordered over 5 months ago with no explanation for 5 months. The remaining
    $8.22 has not been refunded and they refused.

    On December *** an order was placed ( Order # **** ) with FunkoBros.com . The order totaled $108.28

    I was told that the estimated delivery date would be December **** *. GREAT , AS THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT !!

    December **** came and went with no product Email to them has went unanswered.

    It is now December **** ( 2 Weeks AFTER their Dec **** delivery quote) and I still do not have my grandchilds Christmas gift that was ordered from them , Nor do I have my $108.28 that was spent.

    The company hasn't communicated with me whatsoever yet they have the time to post on social media ( See Attached Pics Below ). If you have the time to post on social media each day , then you also have the time to answer customers emails regarding their (Christmas ) order concerns .

    Today , January *** 2024 I finally received a package from Funkobros.com . Since we have been having problems with Funkobros not responding to us , and since it's been a month since ordering from them , My husband videotaped opening the package from them.

    First , let's address what the order was for as you will see from attachment 1 , My order consisted of 2 (Two) 12 packs of ********* **** ***** in the amount of $70.00........1 ( One ) 6 pack of ********* **** ***** in the amount of $20.00........And finally 1 ( One) ********* ***** **** ********** For 2Packs in the amount of $22.00 . Complete Order Total being $108.28

    Now , As I stated earlier , A package from Funkobros arrived about an hour ago , and my husband decided to record the opening of the box . The box measures 12 x 9 x 14 .

    Upon opening the box we immediately see that something is wrong .Instead of 2  ** **** ** **** ***** we see that only 3 boxes of 6 pack of ********* **** ***** are inside , along with a **** *** ****** ** ***** ( which we did not order).

    What's The Meaning ? Well , I ordered 30 **** ***** , yet received 18...........So I'm missing 12 **** ***** along with also missing the ********* ***** for 2Packs

    If Funkobros disputes this remember , I have the video of opening the box ,along with the box and shipping label attached that measures only 12 x 9 x 14 meaning that my complete correct order would be IMPOSSIBLE TO FIT INSIDE THIS BOX.

    I expect the missing items to be sent ASAP !!!

    Will send video ,and or pictures upon request to BBB or Funkobros
