Our concrete was stained with oil and had a few cracks that we were tired of looking at. We called Concrete Coatings at South. and couldn’t be happier with the floor that they installed ! Knowledgeable designer that came to our home to give us our quote, never pressured us to buy, Stellar customer service and polite hard working installers that did a phenomenal job !! I will call on them and refer them for any future jobs !!

Extremely disappointed with this company. Do not waste your money, time or energy on them. They talk a very good sales pitch, with piss-ass install results. Their salesman RB is a liar. I spent over 10,000 for them who my porches and garage. My porch had cracks which they said would not come back after they repaired them. Also they did not put enough coating down and told me I would be charged for them to come and revisit. Yes, it looks good initially, but give it a little time. They cannot keep consistent workers. When sending someone out about three weeks ago finally on a service call, they sent two young guys, one which had just started and the other who had been on the job about six months. They didn’t know anymore about the process than I did. Put down a little overcoat in a small area, not the entire area that I asked them to and just left without saying a word. The issue of the cracks on the porch was not addressed at all. Does not honor contract.

1 starI gave Concrete Coatings of the South a check for half the price for doing my garage which was 3,500 in total.
They not only took that check for $1,750 which was half the price for the work, but also took 2 reoccurring payments of $5,000 dollars out of my account on **/** and **/**. They had no authorization to do so. I had to cancel my account with my bank and I am waiting for the owner to contact me regarding this egregious error!
