They sale you a good game and then when time to honor their work many excuses come out, sorry we don’t cover such and such. I have a crack in my coating and now they tell me they even no longer have the coating they used to repair it. What a waste. You have been warned!

We were sorry to hear of the difficulties you were having with your concrete. Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover your concrete itself.
We coat the existing concrete and repair, as well as can be, the surface prior to coating.
The manufacturer's warranty covers many things but cracks are specifically NOT covered.
We wish you the best and hope you understand why they are not covered. Both your contract and your warranty are very clear about the warranty coverage and the workmanship guarantee.
