      i was invoiced 2x, with different amounts by AGpro in ********* **.
      When asked about the change in invoice, they said that they could not guarantee fixing a side by side and would keep a running total without giving an estimate for the working to have the equipment running. I refused this offer, I begged them to return the equipment and after much pleading they agreed to return the un-assemble machine with to my farm with missing parts. They charged over $500 for the experience and then banned me from using any ag-pro. There is no other service provider for over 100 miles. I simply wanted them to fix the machine and pay for it. This violates commercial code and needs investigating. They also lied about parts, availability and duty of care, a deceptive trade practice.

      I purchased a tractor thought I was buying a 2025 John Deere ***** and received a 2024 John Deere ***** was at store was told they did not have one and they would get it from another store I then asked again it is a 2025 and she said yes said ok so husband ***** ********** did the paper and we left got delivered Tuesday afternoon and there were some bolts looses on it and called them then as we looked closely we noticed it was not a 2025 called them and asked them to change it out for what we asked for they refused called John Deere financial it was wrote up as a 2025 but tractor was a 2024after being on the phone and with customer service and globe support center I got a call back form Tomas the manger of Gainesville store and he said he don’t care who I call he is not changing it out or refunding it I bought a new tractor and that’s what he gave me a new tractor just not the one we wanted

      I bought a skid steer 4 months ago but it came defective, they tried to fix it twice but the machine still has the same defect, now the dealer is also the manufacturer are saying that they can't do anything to help me, I'm paying for a machine that I can't use, I need them to take it back or exchange it for a good one.

      ******* Purchased new ** *** Deck #*****************.
      ******* Problem with new deck from 1st day of use. Vibrations-rattles-grinding noise. Turned over to ** Warranty Case #**********.
      Hired Ag Pro *********** **. to repair problems with deck. They were unable to repair the problems. While our Tractor was in their possession for several weeks, the hood and side panel were damaged. Ag Pro failed to take ordinary care while our Tractor was in their possession, and they have refused responsibility to replace or repair the damages.
      We have all documentations with pictures and videos of damaged hood and side panel and deck problems. This was also seen by Ag Pro's service manager and mechanic.
      The following is a list of our paid expenditures:
      Installation of new 54" deck: 3500.00

      This is a mower that this customer purchased used from an individual and had a non-Ag Pro dealer in ******** put the mower deck on his tractor. When the customer brought the mower home, he noticed some issues with the deck making noise. The customer called Ag Pro ********** to fix the deck.  We explained to him that warranty does not cover pickup and delivery, and the customer agreed to pay the charge.  The first time that we picked the unit up on the customer paid us $200.56 (******) for pickup and delivery and we replaced the two outer spindles on the deck, which was covered under warranty (****** picked up ****** and returned *******). The customer later stated that the deck was making noise again, so we brought the unit back to the shop and replaced a 2-piece pulley and the gearbox per **** ******** ******* under warranty.  This solved the issue. We did not charge the customer any pickup and delivery. (****** picked up ******* and returned *******). Customer again complained that the deck was making noise, so we brought the unit back to the shop where we looked the unit over and ran the unit on different parts of our lot and in different conditions to try and get the deck to make noise.  We were unable to get the deck to make any noises that were not consistent with a properly running deck. The customer was charged $290.95 for pickup, delivery, and labor (****** picked up ******* and returned *******). Customer called **** ***** Customer Service regarding the deck noise and the **** ***** Territory Service Manager, *** ******, became involved.  *** agreed to cover the expense of our technician going to the customers property to see what is causing the unit to make the noises specifically at his property. The technician had Mr. ***** run the mower and walked alongside the unit.  He found that the noise Mr. ***** was hearing happened only when the left side of the deck made contact with the ground causing the deck to raise on that side taking pressure off of the hanger brackets and allowing them to rattle. Once the deck returned to proper mowing height the noise went away (****** visited the customers property on ********). I tried to include videos and pictures taken that day but I could not attach.  It was not until the Service Manager and Technician were out at Mr. ***** property, weeks after the mower was returned, that the white spots were mentioned. Our Service Manager took pictures of these spots while he was there, and Ryan F********, Store Manager **********, called the customer and had multiple conversations about this and it was finally decided that Ag Pro was not responsible for these spots.  At this time we feel the mower is functioning as designed and Ag Pro had nothing to do with the spots on the customer's tractor.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to me, Greg Si*****, ************.  Thanks

      I am rejecting this response because: The deck issue was not resolved as they said !! This AG PRO  of ********** **** was hired by me to fix the problems of a new deck under warranty and was not repaired and still has issues with the same problem . I should not have to pay 3500.00 to include  labor for a deck that had to be almost rebuilt . I paid for a new deck and I want a new deck , And AG PRO of ********** did the damage to the hood and side cover when the tractor was in there care , for over 17 days!

      We received a letter from **** ***** about a recall on our ***** tractor in ********* of ****.
      We have called several times to have this repair done, and it has been 5 months and nothing has been done. I have called several times, and was told they could come to our residence and replace the part. We have been without use of our tractor for 5 months. We were told not to use it.. We have not been able to remove snow or use it for any other purpose that was needed.
      We would like the repair done at our home. Five months is way to long to be without something that is needed.
      We would like to be compensated for not being able to use this tractor for 5 months.

      Thank you for reaching out to us about this complaint.  **** ***** issued a product recall in *********/******* '** that affected thousands of tractors.  Dealers didn't start to receive parts until ******** '**.  Parts availability from the manufacture, volume of units affected, and dealer capacity all played an important role for the delay of getting this unit fixed.  The store communicated with the customer a few weeks ago and said that their unit would be scheduled to be fixed in the coming weeks.  It is my understanding that this customers tractor is scheduled to get fixed this week.

      We understand the frustration and are doing everything possible to complete the repairs in a timely manner.  If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact me.

      I am rejecting this response because: I don't consider 5 months a timely matter to get this recall done.. We have been without the use of this tractor all winter for snow removal. 

      When I spoke with the service manager 3 weeks ago, ******** ***, he said it would be done in 2-3 weeks. We want this repair done at our home like we were told the first time I spoke with them. It will not be leaving our residence.

      Took my mower in for repairs. I was charged $897.23 for repair and mower was delivered back to my home. The mower is not fixed and does the same thing as when I originally dropped it off. Need to know what are the next steps that need to be done. They currently still have mower and are wanting me to pay for pick up and delivery plus a diagnostic. Mower is still not repaired at this time

      Had a water pump rebuilt. Had to return it 3 times. Last time they refused to correct the problem. Ask for a refund or credit on a new one. Was told they don’t warranty their work. On disassembly the seal was crushed.

      Hello,

      We are sorry that this customer feels that he did not receive the service that he should have received. Ag-Pro did make the requested repairs on the water pump that he brought to us. Customer returned the pump to us after the first repair and stated that it wasn't repaired correctly. We rebuilt it the second time at no charge to the customer. He came back again and stated that it was still not rebuilt correctly and requested a full refund. Ag-Pro did not think that this was the right choice since we could not validate that the pump was being installed correctly and we were not able to find any errors in the repairs we had performed. We would be more than happy to go and pick up the customer's machine and bring it to our shop and let a qualified and highly trained technician make the necessary repairs to the unit and those parts and repairs would certainly be covered by a warranty. Of course, this would not be a free service. We, however, cannot warranty any repairs made outside of our shop by someone that is not a trained technician of Ag-Pro.

      A belt broke on my mower & I attempted to fix it myself. I took off one of the pulleys and the clutch. When I put everything back together I realized I had tightened a bolt/nut too tight because when I pulled the cord to start, it wouldn’t pull. Out of frustration that I couldn’t figure it out, I took it to AgPro on ******** **** ** ********* I told them exactly what I had taken off and communicated that it should be an easy fix for someone that was a professional. 9 days later they called and said that the engine was “locked up” & said I needed a new engine. I asked to speak to the technician & explained again exactly what I had taken off & said that just because I had overtightened a couple of bolts/nuts didn’t mean that the engine had “locked up”. He said there was nothing he could do & quoted me $3200 plus tax for a new engine. At this point, I knew they were trying to take advantage of me. I picked up my mower & was charged $200 for “diagnostics”. After returning home, I decided to try to loosen a few of the nuts that I felt may have been overtightened on the clutch. Within 30 minutes of returning home with my mower, my mower was running perfectly. I called AgPro & asked to speak to a manager. A guy named Barrett got on the phone. I explained everything & asked for my $200 back because the “diagnostics” they provided were way off. They were clearly taking advantage of me and based on other reviews I’ve read, I’m not the only one.

      We purchased a Zero Turn mower in October of **** at your ********* ** location. It was was sold to us as NEW; I went to purchase a belt for it on April **, 2024, only to discover it was NOT
      NEW, but purchased by another individual in May ** ****.
      Our original paperwork clearly states this mower was new; the price we paid was $3347.48. This is CLEARLY not good business practice, nor is it legal to sell 'used as new.' I wanted to report this to you, the Better Business Bureau, before retaining a lawyer to settle this matter for me.
      Document #1 shows the first person this mower was sold to, then documents 2 and 3 shows where we bought it. As you can see, the model and serial #'s are the same.
      Matthew  M***** is the salesman that sold this to us, he needs to be held accountable for his actions, and **** ***** needs to know what kind of people they are hiring !!

      Purchased a used track loader from the ****** ** location on ****24. Before purchasing the equipment I asked if I could pay their shop to go through the machine top to bottom and do a thorough inspection and full service to make sure that their were no problems with the machine. I was told by the sales rep that this wouldn't be a problem whatsoever. once the machine was delivered to my property I checked the fluids before using it like **** ***** recommends. coolant reservoir was completely empty. call up the sales rep to ask how something like that could get missed in a thorough inspection and full service. He acts very uninterested in trying to help me so I go and purchase some fluid and fill it myself. begin working on the machine and put roughly 5-10 hours on it and one of the tracks freezes up and wont move. the machine becomes completely inoperable. this would be comparable to driving less than 100 miles on a car and it dyeing. find out that it will be $10k to fix. I call them up and get the worst service I have ever experienced, especially after spending $60k for something. sales rep and his manager continue to talk in circles about how it was a used machine so they don't have to do anything. I ask flat out if they have any intentions in even trying to help in any way. a simple, Nope, for an answer. have the machine sent to a third party repair shop who very quickly diagnose the issue and tell me that they would have no problems writing a statement that there is no way that any repair shop could have spent any amount of time with that machine and not realized it had issues. They knowingly sold me a defective machine and did not uphold the agreement that the sale of the machine was predicated on a thorough inspection which was paid for and obviously never happened. they were dishonest from the start and refused to help in any way after the machine that they sold me didn't even last for one work day.
