Started with walking in to make what I thought would be the easiest purchase of my life and for the sales person. I stood in front of 2 sales team members as they sat at their desk. One on ** *********** and the other I couldn't tell so I kindly asked If she was busy. No, sit down. Here's where it apparently gets difficult. "i'd like a 2025 ***** with a belly mower and a rotary cutter" okay so she starts the quote. Right into she said shes new to sales but been with John Deere for around 10 years I believe. About 45 mins later and a couple redo's I have the estimate and I take it with me to look over. Couple days later I go in to purchase it, well, not so quick. We have to go to ****** to get the rotary cutter but the mower is in town, once we get all the serial numbers i can email you a docusign. She did so, but I want everyone to note that IT DOES NOT HAVE THE YEAR MODEL ON ANYTHING. She delivered the tractor just over a week later and after unloading it I noticed the stickers say 2024 on them. Oh no, she says. I assure you after this is the newest ***** and its like some car manufacture's that come out with the car the previous year, Okay I said, I mean you've been with John Deere all these years and this is my first tractor so what do I know. Dumb consumer right.. Well of course I trusted her and the backing of such a loyal and great company, i mean $150 billion a year. Going to argue with her, she represents John Deere. Well, guess what.. It was a 2024 and I found out and immediately called AgPro with a huge problem, uh oh their systems were down and the GM would call on Monday. Nope, I called them after 3:00 because I haven't heard from no one. I have owned this tractor for 27 days at the time, mowed my grass (2)x's and blew it off and washed it after. It has 6.2 hrs on it and is in better condition and cleaner than was delivered. AgPro of ********* ** lied to me, mislead me and then told me that I could bring it in for a trade-in! What a greasy thing to say!

I called them asking if they service **** mowers. I was told by the service guy that they do and are certified even. I was happy... I scheduled service for an annual maintenance and to check a small hydraulic leak, and brought it down there.
The next day, I got a call from the service guy and was told that they actually had to order the parts and it would take a week. They didn't have any form of covered storage.... they guy actually suggested I bring a tarp up there and cover it. Nope. I picked up my mower and went to another place... and got a WAY better deal. $400 vs $1000 that Ag Pro quoted.
Two weeks later, they call me saying they have the parts. I told them never mind, then they called me back wanting money! They claim I owe them for "looking" at the mower when I had left it there overnight. Nope, not going to happen.
Beware! They seem nice, but they do not know their job, and want to charge customers for getting the run around.

I took a ***** chainsaw into he be worked on, because they were suppose to have a ***** certificate mechanic. The saw came back in worse shape than brought in including a broken spark plug. Had to find a different mechanic to work on it which cost me double. Definitely not a satisfied customer

They have been the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. From lying to me to not sending me parts that they agreed they owe me to taking my machine for months to service it and then not fixing any of the issues. Thomas is the most unknowledgable sales guy I’ve ever worked with and I’m still getting my machines set up right. Josh the GM lies about parts being on the way and lies to corporate when they call about my complaints saying the machine is ready to go even though it is in pieces. The absolute worst customer service I’ve dealt with and they still owe me money for the wrong parts for almost 10 months now.

Ag Pro in ****** ** are a bunch of thieves. We bought new lawnmower blades and a spindle. Even though they gave him the wrong parts, a 20% restocking fee applies?!?! Oh & just wait it gets better! They don't have the right parts!! But since he paid cash and their store policy is no refunds on cash transactions, we're out!? The store manager refused to even talk with ******. He waited 45 minutes. The 3 employees at the desk all say they don't agree, but - It's policy. We're out $135!!! Unless we want to replace extra parts we don't need and spend another $220!

I think it’s really sad when you go purchase a $30,000 tractor and will not give you 15% off a two year old new old stock attachment for that $30,000 tractor another **** ***** dealership
Quoted me the same item 15% off i’m not sure what part of the county they are from but that’s not how we treat Hometown boys this is why you cannot buy local very sad not one time have they ever reached out to me not even offered 10% off no counter offers at all when I showed the salesman the email I can get the same exact thing 15% cheaper in a different state he just simply said they ain’t making no money

These people give **** ***** a bad name! Ordered a deck from their online portal but apparently my money is not green enough for them! This is the response I got from their Division Parts Manager: "AgPro will not fill this order. Please direct it to a dealer closer to your location. Please do not send any more orders to our locations."

Please do not buy anything from them! They sell mowers that are broken. Imagine going to fix it and then the next day it’s broken? They take peoples hard-working money and know they are selling messed up mowers.

Ag pro sucks. After serving my **** since I didn't get the $200 plus package get my mower back late since it didn't start after the first fix when they were to deliver it as I was at work get it back and start to mow only to notice belt burning as deck support bracket had come loose fell down on the pulley. Called them and they refused responsibility since they didn't work on the deck then how did it unscrew itself?????

this company needs to be investigated, nothing but a bunch of lying scumbags. purchased a 70k dollar skid steer that was suppose to be in great working order and gone thru from top to bottom. after just 2 weeks and 4 hrs on the machine it threw codes and in limp mode, this was back in nov 2023 Ag Pro picked it up say the fixed it brought it back and 5 mins in it did the same thing. they took the machine back said its a re gen problem and would find me another machine. oh they did it was a piece of junk and i refused to accept it. needless to say i have been lied to and conned the whole way by 2 different Gm's and been ghosted by them. so here i am the end of Feb 2024 still no machine and thousands of dollars lost from work i could not get to and my reputation going bad for not getting work done as planned. i have reached out to corperate but of course no body wants to call back n resolve this issue...i guess Attorney is the next step....sorry accuse for a company that makes the money they make from people out of their hard earned money
