      They have disconnected my line, and one of the lines is my business line. They are saying I didnt make a payment but on my account payment had cleared. There is more going on like my kids not having there phone to contact me. I really need help and advice on what to do, Im losing clientele because of this reason. They have received all payment and now are asking for $181 more to reconnect my phone.

      Lack of customer service for this company is normal. The sales associates for their Skagit County location, overall, is rude, disrespectful and lacks any kind of courtesy or attentiveness to the general public. In ****************, ****************** Cricket representatives are short tempered and are apparently lacking training in customer relations. They present to not believe that kindness is within their job description. As a public servant, I could never see myself treating the public that I rely on with such disdain. My company uses Cricket for Government issued phones and the Cricket employees are regularly (as in EVERY ENCOUNTER I've had the misfortune to have) rude and impatient with my attempts to help my clients. I feel as if they think they're doing me a favor by answering the phone and allowing me to "annoy" them. Cricket's reputation for cheap is well warranted, given the public face their sales associates present. I wish Cricket would hire people who behave like they want our business.If I had another option (and if my company had another option,

      Bad customer service charging the customers for not providing a service not giving a credit of days we lost the service and management company is horrible called more then 10 times and they never solved the issues please contact them and help us

      The manager at 2010 ********* in ******** ******* lied to me about the phone I had purchased. I run a lot of big apps and deliver for 4 different companies. I stated to the manager that I needed something 64 gb or higher and he sold me an ovation 2 knowing it only had 32 gb. I paid $80 extra because I believed it was a 64, based off what the salesman said. A few days later I discovered the phone was only 32 and when I mentioned it to him he brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal and tried selling a me a chip to increase the space. To begin the phone didn't work right and would t charge in my car, only on the block. So I paid $40 even though I had insurance on it, just to get a new one, and it is the same problem. I feel like a fool for trusting anyone that works at Cricket, especially the stores manager. I want a new phone, top of the line with insurance coverage or I want to be compensated for the all the phones I've gone through because of Cricket.

      Posted an unauthorized charge for $60 on my debit card ending in ****. Refused to refund even though no plan, device, or even account exists. I have exhausted remedies for this and feel I have been scammed as well as fraudulently stolen from. I am very unhappy and can't get help.

      This is the worst cell phone company that has no integrity....nothing but aggravations, incompetence, promises not kept, & overcharged me for service that I never received and won't give me a refund!I had to pay for services I did not receive. I am only asking for $30.00 back. They actually owe me more than $200.00.

      Giving 1 star because no stars wasnt an option. My account was hacked, the hacker was able to change my PIN, change my security question, cancel the 4 other lines and mobile hotspot on my account, and change the **** device. After 3 long exhausting phone calls (via landline) to **************** and 2 trips to the ******************** store WITH my valid drivers license, all I got was Im sorry maam, theres nothing I can do! It was obvious not one person out of the five people I spoke with had any interest in helping. I will never pay Cricket another red cent and will definitely not be referring any friends, family, acquaintances, or enemies even to their service!

      To store told me if I ported my number over I can buy a device for $49.99. After three months I would be able to switch to another carrier and call to have the device unlocked. Upon calling customer service for ********************** they told me I needed to wait six months before being able to transfer. This company is false advertising to get customers to switch over to their company. I do want to have this issue investigated because they have scanned me out of money.

Cricket will provide the unlock code upon request, provided Cricket has the unlock code or can reasonably obtain it from the manufacturer, and you have met the following unlocking requirements:
      The device you want to unlock has been active for at least six months of paid service on that device.
      The device is designed for use on and is locked to Cricket's network.
      The device has not been reported lost or stolen.
      The device is not associated with a fraudulent account.
      If you're an active Cricket customer and believe you meet the eligibility requirements listed above, sign in to My Account to unlock your phone. Some Android phones must be unlocked using the myCricket app. Non-Cricket customers, please call Customer Support at **************************** ***************).

      I transferred my phone service from ATT&T to Cricket. I had no problems with my phone service until I transferred over to Cricket. Immediately things started to go wrong. I had things like contacts not move over. I was told it was in-port over process and give it a week or two and it would all be there. It did not happen. So I tried to go back to ATT&T but was told since it was in-port that I couldn't. I called the cellular service 611 cricket wireless and got the run around multiple times. They told me it was my old phone. So I bought a new phone. I still had the same problems, I could call out but many others could not call me. Cricket required me to buy 2 new phones and 3 new **** cards. Because they were new I had to be with them for 6 months before they would unlock them. Same thing didn't have full cellular service. Still didn't work. They were even unable to call me. I said either unlock my phone or give me a full cellular service like I have been paying for for over a year and have never had a full cellular service. The ************* that makes the two phones I bought assured me they both were completely fully functioning phones nothing wrong with them. I talked to the cricket company more times than I want to admit and they assured me they were going to fix the problem. I asked them if they were going to compensate me for the money I had given them for a full service cellular plan that I never got. They said we can't do that. I asked are you going to reimburse me for the two new phone they required me to buy, or the meetings I missed or all the things people need to get ahold of me for that I missed, oh we can't do that. One time approximately 2 weeks ago they said they would give me some compensation. No compensation and still no fully functioning cellular service. I feel they just take my money and give you All ************ No Help but I'm stuck until my 6 months are up so I can go elsewhere for cellular service
