      I have been a Cricket customer since 2019 and things were wonderful during the first 4 3/4 years. At year 5 is when they started to have the worst customer service possible. If you ever think that you are going to run into a patch of need dont pick Cricket as your wireless carrier. If you think you might have that not reading the ***************** is important think again. Their supervisor staff has them pulled up at their use any time you need Cricket to fix a problem they have created. They will cite their ****************** basically telling you that though they took your payment from the wrong card on file they are not going to fix the problem because of what is outlined in the ******************. Over the past 6 years the only times I have had to contact Cricket were from payment problems they created by taking payment from a card on file that isnt the card assigned for use. Their answer is they dont refund payments. Ive taken all payment forms off the account in the past but forgot to this year and it happened again. Dont let the same mistake happen to you. Either be certain only one payment form is on file or follow the ****************** as outlined to prevent any headaches for yourself.

      Got fraud. Somebody ordered eSIM on my credit card. I have all information (like phne number, order number etc. but it is impossible to get someone on the phone to stop this fraud.Using the fraudulent phone number requies a pin, which I don't ************************* facilitates crime / fraud by NOT allowing fraud to be reported. Even worse the stimulate it. The just don't care about fraud and identity debt!!

      Was in store for cricket in ******************* the chat told the employee once my account was active. They would change my due date and then they said everything was good and up-to-date two days later theyre saying theyre gonna shut my phone off after spending $124 and some change customer support they were on the phone with Employee of theirs and saying theres nothing they can do and if I dont pay $10.40 theyre gonna shut my phone off

      Someone used my debit to pay their phone bill. I have tried to call the 1-800 phone number but since I am NOT a customer, they will not talk to me. But they sure can take my credit card number and pay someone else's phone bill, without my permission. AWFUL COMPANY THAT YOU CANNOT EVEN TALK TO A LIVE PERSON!!!!! After this experience I would never be one of their customers.

      This company lacks honesty and transparency. I asked what ALL I needed to do to end services and switch carriers, THREE representatives told me I just needed a transfer pin. I had the numbers ported over but the phones still showed locked. I wasn't able to access the account anymore either. I contacted customer services, and they said I needed to specify about using the phones with the new carrier as the previous three representatives were only speaking about the numbers. I asked why would I need to specify about the phones when I asked about ending all services which would include the phones, they had no answer. I asked to speak to a manager who said the same thing and refused to credit my account since I had to speak to 5 different people. They even tried to tell me there is a policy on the phones under terms and conditions about purchasing and transferring phones, except there was no such policy to be found on either phone.

      My phone spontaneously combusted catching fire while my 6 year old son and I were asleep . My friend showed up seeing smoke coming out of my bedroom window she woke me up and I went into dad mode grabbed the pile that was on fire and thru it out my bedroom window . I contacted cricket customer service they acted as if I was full of s*** then told me they're sending me a mail stamp to send it back and they will provide me a new phone . I explained the damages it caused and again they told me someone from the escalation department will further assist me within 5-10 business days. ( I'd post the email and correspondence but I can't add screen shots here ) Then I noticed the phone was taking forever to get to my location. I found out they called my friend asking if I had any photos of the phone. As if my toasted phone could take photos . She told them I don't have any photos so now they have the evidence and I'm sure they think there ***** free well I have the whole thing on video. So if you want to know if your phone can randomly catch fire. Yes it can and you don't have to tamper with it at all it's like a weapon blowing up next time you put the phone to your ear to speak on the phone it's would be the biggest terrorist attack known to man kind . . *** , i had to pay for the flooring damages and damages to all my clothing and bedding from the chemical smoke so I'm late on my payment even though I was not able to use the service for a week or more because of this situation and they would not accommodate for the loss . And their customer service is beyond dirt bag slum lord workers . Personally I hope they get shut down no one deserves this type of treatment .

      Awful company to deal with. I have been a customer since 2019 and purchased a new phone. Was never told that I would have to keep it 6 months before it can be unlocked. I switched companies this month and now I have a brand new phone that is worthless. They said I had the phone active for 3 days and then switched phones to my old phone which is not true. Was told I would have to activate service again with cricket for 6 months then can unlock the phone. Woman I spoke with in customer service had a hard time understanding what I was asking for and didn't have my information correct. She just kept saying there is nothing that can be done.

      Went to cancel account and find out they had overcharged for the plan. So their a credit on account. Call customer service and they said I could not get refund. Been paying over every month because that the price that was quoted. The customer service representative said they must said wrong price. I pay by internet every month and feel.if I paid in cash they would have pocket the overage.
