      Just received our new Mackenzie chair and ottoman. What an absolute dissapointment! These were to replace our older ********* chair and ottoman which were the best chair and ottomon ever. We decided to change decor when we moved and order new. What a mistake!Not the same chair and ottoman. Much smaller, uncomfortable, and lack of quality. The ottoman is one third the size of our original. Low to ground and poorly stuffed. We always relied in Lazy Boy quality and were willing to pay for it but Buyers beware- they don't have the same quality. Wish we had kept our older and reupholstered. Now we are stuck with an uncomfortable chair and ottoman that won't last. What an utter mistake me made!

      I bought a Lazyboy because of their name. Guaranteed for life. The office chair I bought at *********** in ************** ** broke in 13 months after I purchased it. Lazyboy sent me the parts to repair it. It takes someone who knows how to and has experience with Lazyboy products. My advice is to not purchase a Lazyboy. They don't honor their guarantee.

      Bought an electric recliner from the ************, ** La-Z *** store 13 months ago. The screws holding the entire guts of the chair in are falling out. I was told it cost $249.99 for a service call to have parts ordered. Parts are free but labor is not. These used to be the best recliners but not anymore. They are cheaply made and fall apart. I'll take this one to the dump and go buy a good chair.

      We all struggled during the pandemic. The furniture companies had foam supply chain and manufacturing challenges delaying many shipments.I purchased a sofa and 1.5 love seat/chair in 2021 and it was finally delivered in Jan 2022.The sofa foam for all three cushions has compressed to such an uncomfortable position. I curse La-z-boy every time I sit on the sofa and Im embarrassed to have any guest sit on the sofa.We rotate and flip cushions as recommended and it is typically only my husband that sits on the sofa with regularity. The frame and fabric are like new but the foam is terrible. I spoke to La-z-boy. The cushions have a one year warranty so no solution from them, BUT they offered to have a technician come out ($169 + hourly rate) to check it out. Likely to tell me my foam has compressed. The foam replacement solution is $364.** + $14 shipping PER cushion. Over $1134 to get just foam inserts. More if I want a technician to come out and insert the new foam for **** am shocked at the customer service and the quality of the ********************** products. I thought they were a trusted/quality furniture provider. I will never purchase from La-z-boy again and will advise other potential customers to boycott La-z-boy products at every chance. Oh yeah, they offered to give me a reduced trade-in for a new sofa. REALLY. I declined! Never again. Going to Amazon (like everyone does) for a customer service solution.Buyer Beware. They are expensive BUT they do not last.

      Terribly made recliners designed to fail. They cheaped put so much that some products literally TEAR themselves apart.

      I purchased 2 recliners for over $1000 a piece and the salesman told me they have a lifetime warranty on the internal parts. A little over one year after purchase the first one broke. At 5 years out the second one failed in the exact same spot. The last time I had this issue both lazy boy and the furniture store both failed to stand behind the warranty. The spot that failed is not covered, is what they told me. Only the metal parts are covered under warranty and both pointed tge finger at eachother. The solid wood piece on both chairs that attaches the metal parts to the plywood frame had broken off in both chairs, so not covered. In both cases you can tell that no glue was applied to the dowels and not much to the surfaces being held together. I guess I will have to fix this piece of junk myself also. Don't ever buy a lazy boy.

      ***** for a couch and it gives out in a year and a half, lazy boy said it is out of warranty you need to pay for the full repair which will be near another $2,000

      Bought 2 electric recliners and had nothing but trouble. Had to replace the part that reclines the chair then had to replace the part that keeps it from rocking so you can recline. Parts are plastic. Very bad idea! ********************** cause by the time you pay for repairs you could buy a different chair!

      ********************** at La-Z-Boy. When you think of quality and high standards, La-Z-Boy was one of those companies. It's not anymore. I've been waiting for a recliner I ordered in November 2023 and La-Z-Boy just keeps sending me notices the order is delayed. I just got another notice the recliner won't be delivered until the end of March **** (if I am lucky), that's 5 months. If I want to cancel, I have to pay a 30% restocking fee because of La-Z-Boy's poor practices. Take your business elsewhere because La-Z-Boy does NOT deserve your

      $9000 sectional, purchased a couple weeks before Christmas 2023. Within a week, the electric motor on one side stopped working with the footrest extended. I called the store, salesperson said he would contact customer service. A technician was scheduled but said he didnt have parts for it, they had to be ordered and it would take 10 days to 2 weeks. I had 25 people coming for Christmas -the reason I bought a new couch. He said there was nothing he could do. A month later the parts arrived. Since then Ive called customer service three times to schedule the tech to fix it. All three times the automated system asked if I wanted to hold or have a call back within 24 hours. I opted to get a call back after the first call. No call back. The 2nd call I waited on hold until the recording said either accept the call back or call back another time. I, again, opted for the call back. Same result. I made a third call yesterday, same recording, same outcome, no call back again. So, I have a sectional I cant use and a box of parts I dont know how to install. Again, $9000 for a worthless, poorly made sectional. I made a call to the manager of the store. He said it was unfortunate and he would contact the service center. Again, no results.Id like them to come and get the whole thing and refund my money so I can get something I can use. Lazy boy has failed to live up to their former great reputation. This has just been an awful experience. Unfortunately, the sectional is VERY uncomfortable as well. There is absolutely no lumbar support when reclined on the side that works and, at 56 inches tall, the foot rest is 10 too short for my legs so my legs hang off the end. No way to relieve the stress on my legs and back. Just a bad experience. Im out ******* and will have to buy another sofa or sectional to replace it since you only have three days to return it after delivery. Hefty restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for shipping it back.
