      Terrible customer service. I asked to speak with a manager and was told not available after worker spoke to them regarding my questions. Phone service awful. Placed on phone cue and on hold for 30 minutes then everyone left after closing hours. 2 separate orders place over a year and always having wrong parts sent. I’m not sure why Yamaha defers to this company but I will also contact them,
