      Took me forever to get my order. They said they have staffing issues and that's why my order was late. Took 2 weeks to receive it. Same thing happened on my last order. Probably won't be shopping here anymore.

      I received the parts fairly quickly, but they were unfortunately the incorrect parts. It was only after struggling for a few days trying to figure out why my new impellers were causing my engines to overheat that I checked the part number to see that I was sent the incorrect parts. I did check the diameter of the new impellers to the old ones, but I did not think to check the height -- I just assumed that I received the correct parts after glancing at the diameters. I accept that it was my fault, but I do think that PartsVu should share in some of the blame for sending the wrong parts. The part number only differed by two digits, so I'm sure it was a simple oversight, but I'm still frustrated that it could have potentially destroyed both of my engines.

      Shipping was slow due to being on back order but other than that it was excellent service
