    You can have confidence in trainz listings. They're always upfront and honest about what you are buying. They're service is top notch too. Only complaint is shipping. It can be a bit high which has made me change my mind before. But they do a fabulous job packaging their items. So I guess you pay for good service. Keep it up Trainz!

    Item was better than described! Trainz also emailed a $25 coupon that was greatly appreciated and used for this purchase! I've purchased items from Trainz a few times prior to this sale and always happy with their items and level of service. Highly recommended! 5 Stars!

    Very good experience. Although a part was left off my order, the process to get it corrected was easy. Also, I like the fact that I can make orders either directly on the web site, or by calling.Customer service means something to this company!
