    I've purchased several items from Trainz over the past several months. Each interaction has been painless and completed without any problems. I will be making more purchases in the future. Great people to do business with, products as stated in description, shipping is fast and fair, and customer service is better than expected with today's work force

    Consistent and honest description of products posted for sale. Vast inventory to find that special item not found any where else. Shipping within three days and packaging is done with great care. Overall ***** and crew do a five star job and are genuine in their involvement in the world of "O" gauge trains.

    Had a little trouble connecting with Trainz but realized it was my fault, not theirs. When this was remedied by Trainz the parts I ordered were shipped promptly and received in good order. I highly recommend Trainz and will certainly purchase from them in the future.

    Great stuff for sale. Web site is easy to navigate. Good customer service.I have placed 6 orders with Trainz.com and will place more soon. Train Items with broken steps should be noted in the description. I had a highly valued car arrive damaged. **************** provided a discount but car could not be repaired. Shipping is a bit high but items are well packaged.Customers should have more choices on types of shipping providers.

    I've been a customer for several years dealing with them at their website and the major on-line auction house. Any issues I've had were minor and resolved quickly. They've been responsive to questions pre & post purchase via mostly email and occasionally telephone. I'm glad they have their site back up post covid. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
