1 starHad a water heater installed and the technician burned a hole in balcony rug. Was working with an employee, ***** for months and later was told he was no longer with the company. I then was put in touch with another individual and there exact words were Upon reviewing our records, unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with the replacement process. The complaint dates back to last year, and due to the age and lack of response from you the claim has been closed since the end of May. I recommend reaching out to your home warranty company for further assistance in resolving this matter. They might be able to offer alternative solutions or guidance on how to proceed.A the install was done this year and B this is unacceptable. I Requested multiple calls back to discuss and still have not received. Let me be clear, the install was great, but again I just want my rug replaced. 5 starsThese guys are phenomenal. From beginning to end. Promptness, professional and very very organized. Starting from making the appointment all the way to the finish line. ****** had come to do my install. This guy is a genius! Answered all my questions and definitely felt like he was there to help. Very knowledgeable. ****** made sure I was well informed and things were set up correctly. At the end he even cleaned up and the job looked great. I am very impressed with this company.
