      ***** AOG needs to find a new card service. The constant and incessant fees for every time the card is touched, it takes longer and longer for child support payments to post, customer service is structured to not serve the customers at all. The people at smione are blatantly robbing people the are in need of these payments and taking unapologetically taking advantage of the childsupport system. Boo these people.

      Been with them for years, today and without any notice they updated their website with a "new look" which did something to my password and login so now I'm completely locked out of my own account. They should have left it alone there was nothing wrong with it the way it was and now the site is dysfunctional and completely useless.

      Smione sucks! My child support takes a minimum of 5 days to post, usually more! Doesn't matter if my children's father uses direct deposit, credit card payment or any other method. They are the worst! Forget about disputing any unauthorized charges as well. They won't help you. Crooks! Smione garbage card! Makes me wonder why ******* **** of child support continues to use them.

      SMIONE is no help after i told them that I dis not authorized any payment thats why im doing a dispute they denied because as per merchant it had all my info. i appeal and not even 24hours after i told them i have no cashapp account and after i toy them its not me thats why im doing a a dispute they denied me again so i go get a police report and explaining and opened And Identity theft file and now they are investigating deeper. I am about to get a lawyer because they are no help even cashapp told me just because file is under your name and has information it doesnt mean its you.

      Piece of s*** Don't waste your time hate it. I was forced to get it to receive child support and they refuse to let me get my child support direct deposit to my own bank account giving me the run around.... Sucks!!!!
