Horrible card. My card number was stolen and someone took almost 4k from me last year and enjoyed a wonderful vacation. I hadn't noticed right away as I was not receiving purchase notifications at the time and was saving the money up on the card. We went back and forth for a while and nothing was solved. Spent hours on the phone between Jet Blue Vacations and and an SMI One agent on more than one occasion. The police **** would not even help with the scammers that stole from the card. I have since redirected all deposits to my personal banking. This card is through ************** NA. A joke. If you have this card, stop using it. Go to the child support website and have it go to your bank account directly. I will never use this card again. There are no protections other than the notifications (if you are signed up for that). I have had money stolen more than once with this card. If I could give zero stars, I would. Consumers beware.SMI Card Services, LLC

Thanks. I have had 2 calls(because of this review) this week and work full time. ****** does not leave any info except to call back. I have not had a chance to call back. Your reply is weak. SmiONE card is a rip off. All the fees for a child support card is ridiculous! This card is making a fortune off single mothers. The ************** should be ashamed using this card for child support payments. The app hardly works to check your balance but they will charge you if card decline! Seems to be intentional in order to collect fees. I rather get mailed a paper check! Worst card in *******!Zero stars!!SMI Card Services, LLC

Smione would be zero stars if possible. This child support/card is such a scam. No option for direct deposit for child support and they dump this ridiculous card on us. Fees for everything and constant problems. No option to transfer your funds to your own bank, but you can do bill pay. Gonna pay some fees though. Pull money out? More fees. I've been waiting since March 28 and 29 for 2 bill pay transactions (today is April 19) totaling $3000.00. When I reached out they offered no explanation but offered to cancel the checks which I agreed to. Only to find out another 3-5 days for the money to be returned to my account, that's not really an account (their words) but a prepaid debit card. And this is NOT the first bill pay issue I've had with them. It's all a scam to collect fee after fee after fee. They probably made money off my money and it probably never left their hands at all. I hate this rigged system. Gross. Oh, and they aren't live 24/7 either, that's a joke. I called repeatedly at 4am and was left on hold for close to an hour. Called at 830, immediate pickup. Do not use this company for child support. I had a fraud charge on my account so I immediately disputed it. An smione said they found no error. The charge was made in ****. I live in *******. Yet they see no error!!! Never been so disappointed. Thank you smi one for your decision now my kid can't do travel ball!! That was his money to play!SMI Card Services, LLC

My only complaint is that they keep updating the app which every time it locks me out. And even when I wait for the app to continue loading it never does. I waited at least 15 mins for it to load and it never did. Im not sure why all the updates.SMI Card Services, LLC

They hold on to your money for more than 3 days! My money was sent to the bank on a Wed it is Friday they said they wouldn't let my money go they said they hold onto no less then 3 days so they can earn interest on our money they are holding! This bank steals your money! It's sad we have no choice to recieve child support on these cards that hang on to the money that is desperately needed for children!SMI Card Services, LLC

Takes a very long time for funds to be added. The app is terrible. Fees and so much more that's just wrong. Definitely do not recommend this card. If you have a bank account you're much better off having child support funds sent there.SMI Card Services, LLC

I have contacted them over 5 times, asking them to locate my new card that is now the 4th card that has not came yet. It's been over a month and still no new card. I contacted mail services also, they say to contact smione which I have. It's something really shady going on. I've gotten notifications alerts stating that my new cards are being used also but they're declined. How does someone has access to my new cards and I hadn't received them yet? It's shady and sound like a inside job to me. As if you guys are selling our information or something. I'm ****** because I have been patient enough. I have kids to take care of and bills to pay to keep a roof over their heads. Playing with my money and time is getting overwhelming and frustrating. Do better!SMI Card Services, LLC

Obviously we all have the same complaints about this shady business it's no way most of everyone is complaining about the same thing. The dispute team ***** they don't investigate anything it's crazy how they get to play with other people's money it has to be a way to not have to deal with this card company at all after all they are going to give the same b.s response acting like they care and don't give a rats *** and Obviously nether dose the BBB. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about smi. I have read a few and each one was answered by smi appropriately and promptly. I myself have had great experiences with customer service each and every time I have dealt with them. Yes, I am not a huge fan of updated website but I am pretty confident that any csr I have dealt with has nothing to do with that. I have always been treated with respect and patience and cannot think of one time that my issue was not resolved or at least in the process by the brief time spent on the phone.
