      We've been trying to get our bed base fixed since December and made numerous trips to Gardner White and numerous phone calls. Kimberly had the issue solved within minutes kudos and a big hug to Kimberly.

      Contacting Serveco was easy. Setting up appointments was simple too. First repairman unable to repair but they sent out a second repairman within a few weeks and he was able to complete the repair. The recliner chair works great once again! Thank you! All the customer service reps were always helpful and courteous.

      Sandy at Serveco was the only person to take the time to help my husband & I. Our original complaint was with ******* about a new recliner we had purchased & after multiple in person attempts & approximately 3 & a half hours on hold with their service department Sandy was the only person that we got our problem solved with. We were given 3 different numbers to call & never could get through to them after waiting on hold for an hour at a time. We even called the corporate office for ****** & they were no help at all just non positive answers. After we get our recliner fixed the way it should be, we will never ever buy anything from ******* again.

      I purchased a recliner sectional from ******* unfortunately I have had a few problems with the automatic recliners BUT the company has been outstanding!! Their customer service has been spot on helping me, getting the issue resolved. **************** is friendly and helpful! Thank you
