      Awful customer service. PPoor response time. I'm still waiting on my part that I've already paid foe since October. Tired of calling, just to get same lame answer

      So sorry to hear of your extended wait time Mr. A**, you have been more than patient and we thank you. We have been pressing the manufacturer to expedite your replacement part but they have been out of stock on the part. We will escalate this to a higher level in hopes of them rushing once they receive the part. Thanks again for you patience.

      I have called ServeCo over 10 times in the last 3-1/2 weeks to get a Lift chair repaired. At the time we purchased our chair in March 2021, we also purchased a 5-year protection plan in case something went wrong with the chair (with ServeCo). The chair quit working - the remote will not operate the chair at all. In fact, it is in a reclining position and the remote will not operate it to put the chair down. No repairman has been sent and no new remote has been sent. Everyone we have talked to at ServeCo tells us they are working on it, but they are short staffed, so it will take longer. In 3-1/2 weeks, they have yet to even order a new remote. Please help so my husband has a chair to sit in to put his total knee replacement leg up on!! I think its been plenty long enough for them to have done something, but theyve done nothing.

      Amy was very patient and kind in assisting me with my remote reset issue. Her professionalism was our standing. My remote had been out for 4 days so she was the highlight of my week. Her step by step instructions will aid me if this issue ever occurs again. I think she deserves a bonus or at least CSR of the month.

      I've been trying to get our Lazy Boy fixed and have called and emailed several times. Today I got ********* on the phone. She actually looked into what the holdup was and was able to get things moving in a matter of minutes. She saved me SO much time and frustration. She was pleasant through the whole thing, too! She's a real asset to Serveco because I was not too pleased so far. THANK YOU, *********!!!

      Terrible customer service.attempting to return a product which I paid $170 dollars for.Return will cost $130 dollars. Have been working with Serveco to resolve issue to pay less return postage with no resolution of the issue after 9 days. I hope this has a happy ending and I can change review to a positive 5 star . Will see
