5 starsHad an issue with a Flexsteel recliner. Even though mechanical and electrical were still under warranty, Flexsteel didn't want to help and shipped me off to a third party ( Servco ). I contacted ****** at ******, and after listening to my problem got me the parts needed to repair the recliner. Could have been much more expensive and much more of a hassle, but ****** at ****** took the reins and handled it all for me. Thank you ****** for listening and making a potential problem into an easy fix.
