The repair request was submitted on 12/3/2022 and was not completed until 1/6/2023. It took 8 phone calls to get them to successfully complete the requested furniture repair. I would never recommend them.

No excuses, but we had unexpected and unavoidable staffing issues as well as some scheduling challenges due to the holiday season. 5 starsThis is the third time I have dealt with Servo for my hubby's recliner. I must say that they are WONDERFUL!! Without hesitation they take our word for the fact that our chair has problems and they order parts quickly. At times, pictures are required, but even those are done through text on iPhone, which makes it so simple. The best part of Servco is their customer service ladies. They are sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. They get the job done. And go out of their way if needed. I couldn't be happier with every aspect of Servco!Review fromVirginia M.
