      This company denied the claims and refused to honor its 5 year pet protection plan. I have only had the furniture for 6 months and the leather is tearing as well as the arm came off.

      We are sorry to hear of the damages to your furniture. Your damage was reported, and photos confirming, that the cause was wear and tear from repeated use over time. And since you have purchased a Protection Plan that provides coverage for accidental damage that occurs from a specific/particular incident, your claim would be ineligible for service. Regarding your furniture's structural concerns, you may have certain manufacturer warranty coverage and should inquire with your retailer. Thank you

      The physical damage was due to pet damage which was listed under your coverage. The furniture is only 6 months old and this so called pet protection plan is a scam. The company that manufactured it has gone out of business according to the manager of the Surplus Furniture Store, so we are now left with a damaged sectional missing the arm. Buyer Beware of both the so called additional warranty and the shady furniture store.

      ******** has an excellent customer service. Her Kindness is absolutely amazing, She has the ability to calm down you even though she has no control of the situation. At the end she took an extra mile for me as a customer and get the job done.*********************** the service technician has the best actitud and his professionalism permits to complete the job with excellent results.

      We needed the internal charging station inside the console of our sectional replaced. They sent us the replacement parts and we installed them! Great service!
