      I purchased an extended warranty for my sofa which covers pet damage. Well, there is always a loophole so that they do not cover the damage. My dog scratched at one of the cushions so the material on the cushion is thinning. Because his scratching didnt tear, penetrate or penetrate the cushion, they will NOT repair the damage. This is poor customer service and when I purchased the warranty, I was sold a bill of goods. Both serveco and Lazy Boy should ashamed. Both companies are fraudulent.

      We did investigate the claim and see that the customer has surface damage from an animal. The warranty for pet coverage is specific with the ********* plan and advises that the pet damage is applicable to rips and tears only. The customer does not have any penetrated damage and the damage strictly lies on the surface of the fabric. Our apologies for the customers disappointment in the outcome of their claim. Thank you!

      I am so pleased with the service. The representative was courteous and friendly. She made the repair fast and easy. The product arrived quickly and the directions were clear and easy to follow just as she told us.
