      We had ***** come and do our mattress inspection he was very polite very professional explained everything to us . Would recommend him to anyone who needed any service repairs or inspections done.

      My PREMIUM LIFETIME FABRIC PROTECTION PLAN was originally purchased through a different company, but the furniture store changed who they were going through. Thus, I was shoved onto ServeCo. My dog recently started digging at the furniture and made some tears/holes in a cushion. Welp, long story short, they basically told me there's nothing they could do because they have a 30-day window to report and I had already said I first noticed it over a month ago, and that they didn't see pet damage on my purchase. 1) why would I not buy pet damage when I have an 80lb dog? That seems off. 2) Oh, I'm sorry that I have LIFE going on and when I first noticed it was just a bit of roughness and recently worsened to an actual hole/tear. Honestly, this is not a company here to help, they're here to take your money and find a way out of helping you. 0 stars if I could.

      Sorry to hear of your furniture being damaged and your disappointment in the outcome of your claim. Your Protection Plan coverage is based on accidents that happen as a result of a specific incident, pet or other noted events. In review of your claim facts and photos, the damage you have experienced is extensive, in many areas of the furniture, which is not consistent with a specific incident but rather accumulative, wear and tear over time. Therefore, our determination that your claim is not eligible for service meets the terms of your contract. Sincerely, ServeCo

      Awful company that doesn't help customers out. Bought a fairly expensive sectional from ****** and was told it was covered for 10 years for stains. Called Serveco today after only two years of having couch and they said because I could not tell them the exact reasoning for the stain they would not cover it. One does not always know how stains appear on items unless it was a big incident of a spill, etc. With kids or even for people who have animals (we do not) they are at a loss unless they are watching their every move on the furniture. Who inspects their furniture after their kids or pets sit on it? Ridiculous and they do not stand behind their service. False advertising.

      We are so sorry for the misunderstanding regarding your Plan coverage. You do have an excellent Protection Plan that covers many (specific) accidental damages and stains. However, as with all Service Contracts there are some exclusions. With your Agreement, the exclusions are listed in your Plan brochure under "What is Not Covered". The stain or damage cause and type must be known because some stains and damages are not covered. Again, we apologize, but your Agreement is based on accidents associated with a specific known occurrence and not a general cleaning maintenance contract. Sincerely, SeveCo

      I had a jell pen bust on my chair set that I love.. I'm so thankful that I had them sprayed and had my furniture protected through Serveco. I called and was treated so wonderful they took care of it and got me a new seat cover. During the wait time to see what they would do they called me Several times to keep me in formed.       Best customer service person i have spoken to in a while. Even though i was given the wrong number to contact *********** was kind and calmed me down very quickly. She helped me find what i needed to find the right people to contact. She even gave me the phone number of the right company my bed was made by. I really appreciate people like this because i too am in customer service and know how hard it is to make a customer over the phone feel better and then take care of the true situation at hand. Thanks so much for great people with skills to deescalate a situation.

      We purchased a sofa from ****** and there was an issue with it so I was directed to call Servco. *********. Was fantastic and helpful and went back-and-forth with me via phone and email drilling down to find my problem. In the end it turned out Servco was not the manufacturer so she researched who the manufacturer was, and gave me their 800 number. Absolutely incredible service!
