******* G was wonderful. She walked me through everything and listened to what I had to say. Although it took me weeks to get to someone. I spoke with **** at customer service for **********. Who told me there was nothing he could do to help me. I asked to talk to his supervisor and he wouldnt let me.ServeCo North America

I paid for warranty coverage for my electric recliner from ********* I haven't even had the chair for a year and two screws have fallen out of the bottom. I filed a claim on 04/09/25 with ServeCo. The automated e-mail response said that I would hear from someone within two business days. After not hearing from anyone, on 04/18/25, I called ServeCo and waited for over 20 minutes before someone finally took my call. I was told that the claim was still in received status and had not yet been sent to someone to work and that she would let the claim department know I called and someone would call me back that day. It is now 04/20/25, 11 days after I filed my claim and I haven't heard back from anyone.ServeCo North America

We understand how disappointing this situation isespecially when you've purchased warranty coverage for a powered recliner and are now dealing with a mechanical issue.After reviewing your claim, it appears the issue is not covered under the current Protection Plan on file, as the coverage purchased does not include power/mechanical components. This type of coverage is typically included under a Power Protection Plan, which would need to be selected and applied at the time of purchase. To ensure there wasnt any mistake during the warranty setup, Ive escalated your case to our ***************************** to verify the Protection Plan tied to your invoice and purchase records. We want to make absolutely sure that the correct coverage was applied. 1 starOur former ****** son is diagnosed FASD. He worked in the warehouse for a company that sells couches, and was talked into using his credit to purchase a very expensive set of couches that he could not afford, along with a warranty. He does not understand the concept of credit as his disability that affects his functioning. Very recently, both of his younger brothers passed tragically, and we went to his apartment to assist him in packing to come with us to the wake ceremonies in ******* (he has no supports). While we were away in ******* hosting their wakes, his old room mates cat did damage to the couch. When we returned home at the end of the weekend, we called and reported the damages. We were struggling to do it online, as we did not have all of the information from time of purchase, so we contacted the warehouse he worked at and they provided us lend care information, and we called, and I helped him to open a claim over the phone. The lever on the couch was also broken, it broke some time ago. Our boy did not realize that because he has pet warranty that this was something that would also be covered under warranty, because his comprehension is very black and white, he understood that he had pet insurance and nothing else. We reported both issues at the same time. And the claim was denied. They said that the reported date was February 2 (we were not even there then!) and said the claim damage took place over the course of a weekend and was not reported immediately. I explained that two of our sons had died unexpectedly, we were planning the funerals, and the last thing on our minds was reporting scratches to a couch . Our son was not healthy after losing his two young brothers and one too of his disability, until now, he has not even been in a place to take phone calls. I offered to provide a death to certificate to be considered. She got catty and said that wont be neccesary, there are no exceptions. TERRIBLE!!!!!!! This warranty is useless! After I sent numerous pictures and responded to email after email with answers to endless questions, they denied me coverage due to the fact that I did not know what caused the stain on my sectional. If you want them to honor your warranty , you better have the right answers. Their goal is to either wear you down or look for a loophole! It makes ********* look bad too!ServeCo North America

***** assisted in taking my call. She was very attentive, professional, courteous and listened to my issue. I have been waiting for 5 months to try and have my bed frame fixed and still waiting. I need the features from the bed to help with the ease of the massage and the lifting of the head and leg to help my mom get out of bed. It is under warranty and they sent the wrong parts. They asked me to install it even though it didn't fit the bed. Thank goodness for the people such as the friendly tech and ***** who take care of people like me that are frustrated and are understanding. Thank you for helping escalate the situation. I am hoping that with her help I can get this resolved promptly. Amazing customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond. If it wasn't for them I would've given a one star.
