      I have a reclining bed frame that lost power leaving the adjustability unresponsive. Serveco has been working with me on getting it replaced. It is still under warranty. Everyone has been very helpful and hopefully this problem will be resolved soon.

      My representative was excellent in explaining and taking care of my problems with my bed controls and online usage. He spent a lot of time i needed to understand and was very friendly. Bottom line he handled all issues

      At a Lazy Boy store, I bought a recliner couch - two sides recline w/ mechanical hardware - and was talked into the ~ $380 insurance from ServeCo. 5-year warrantee. Thankfully I have all the paperwork.I contacted ServeCo via their website w/in the warrantee period about how on one side of the sofa, the mechanical portion was clicking and popping. They asked me to provide photos. I said I couldnt, because that would involve flipping the sofa over and showing the mechanical portion. This want about wear. One of the messages I got back said they couldnt help me because metal was protruding from the couch? What cowboy made that one up?!?After every back-and-forth I got an email saying that I needed to reply to an email that was sent a few days prior, which I never received. Im not someone who doesnt check her inbox, and I dont have a spam ********* consumer opinion on ServeCo is that they have no interest in providing insurance. They just want to take your money, then make the claim process as cumbersome on the consumer as possible so you have no chance of getting any service from ****** star. I wish I could leave zero, since I paid for an insurance policy that is obviously not going to be provided at this point.

We take all service requests seriously and are committed to ensuring that every consumer receives the assistance they deserve.Upon reviewing your case, I see that three different service requests were opened. Unfortunately, two of those requests were deemed not qualified due to the timeframe specified in the Protection Plan. As with all contracts, there are terms and conditions in place to guide the service request process. The Protection Plan specifically states that any stain or damage must be reported within thirty (30) days of occurrence. Your initial service request mentioned that the issue had been happening "for about a year," which unfortunately falls outside of that 30-day window.For the latest service request, we would normally close it as well; however, we want to ensure that your concerns are addressed. We will be sending a service technician to inspect the recliner and determine what the issue is. Once we get that information back, we will see how we can assist with a resolution for you.       Over 60 day !!! I submitted a work order to use my warranty on 1/21/2025. I sent an follow up email 3/12/2025, with no response. I'm have surgery soon and no idea when my adjustable base bed will be fixed. Poor customer service and this company is NOT working in good faith.
