******* was awesome every step of the way. He made it so easy to follow the instructions and send in our claim. Originally our insurance company offered $0 to us for our diminished value claim. After sending in the report from ******** Claim Associates they came back within a week with an offer of $3850! Needless to say we are very satisfied!

I am a lawyer and found out about Collision Claim Associates from another lawyer. I used them for my personal auto crash where I was struck from behind in my new Tesla. I was able to recover $11,000 in diminished value for my car after the repairs were completed. They were knowledgeable, professional and lived by their self-imposed deadlines. *******, along with the entire team at Collision Claims Associates, ***** are, in a word, awesome. They did an outstanding job assembling a claim package for me subsequent to damage my automobile sustained from a rear end collision in October 2022. Their response to my request was immediate, thorough, easy to understand, extremely professional, and the entire process was about as painless as it could have been. Moreover, the team at CCA stood by me every step of the way and made sure any questions I had were addressed accurately and without delay. Judging from the length of time it took (less than 3 weeks) between mailing my claim to State Farm and receiving full payment of the reported claim as well as the fee charged by CCA, with zero counterclaims or questions asked, I would have to agree that the package assembled by CCA was as devastatingly effective as it was timely and prompt. A huge thank-you to ******* and the entire team at CCA for helping me through what likely could have turned into a big headache dealing with a DVC with the insurance company. I cannot say enough good things about CCA and the help they provided, and I will enthusiastically and highly recommend this business to anyone seeking reimbursement for a DVC on their vehicle.Collision Claim Associates, Inc.

5 stars******** Claim Associates was amazing to work with--very prompt, professional and detail orientated. They walked me through the entire process with step-by-step instructions. The insurance company originally offered me $750.00 for diminished value of my car after accident repairs. However, today, the insurance settled for $5481.00 - worth every bit of the $395.00 appraisal fee "investment." I would highly recommend Collision Claim Associates to any friends that have been in a motor vehicle accident to assess the diminished value of vehicle. ******* did a great job. The process was easy, but the insurance companies are slow to respond. I received over $3000 more than the insurance companies original offer. ******* was always quick to respond and very professional. I was skeptical at first and didnt want to waste time but he did a great job and got me what I was owed for my Deminshed value .Collision Claim Associates, Inc.

When my insurance insisted a low ball offer for my 00 silverado **** 4x4 with lots of aftermarket mods was a fair offer I contacted CCA who got me over 2k more than insurance wanted to give. Would have really liked to see a little more but really cant complain. CCA was really helpful and courteous and I know they did everything they could. (I fought with insurance over a month on the value and got jowhere till I called CCA. Thank you guys! I will never face any total loss with insurance without you guys!Collision Claim Associates, Inc.
