Ordered 4 gift plastic cards for employees. 1 employee activated her card and logged into her account to find someone fraudulently had used it online at a store she has never been to. She had the card in her possession the whole time. Filed a dispute, provided all forms and details requested. Pretty cut and dry case. Told 45-90 days for resolution. After 90 days they just sent me an email that they will handle in 45-90 days. Lost $250. Awful customer service.InComm Financial Services, Inc.

Scam! We purchased $4k worth of cards for prizes. The funds were used before we even handed out the cards. Try calling to get assistance and all you get is "all of our representatives are busy" over and over. Obviously there is an inside job going on here. As soon as you buy and load one of these cards, someone is wiping them out---- like someone at Vanilla Visa that would have all of the card information. You call to check the balance and it says "something is wrong with your card".InComm Financial Services, Inc.

Do not order these gift cards online from ***** ****! I order these online every year with no problems. However, I ordered $150 worth of gift cards to use for a trip and they claim they can't do anything. I called this company (vanilla) to rectify the problem. They gave me a case number and the representatives are trained to lie. When I asked for a supervisor to escalate the issue they put me on hold until I hung up 30 minutes later. Please do not purchase anything from them. Especially not gift cards. Please do not purchase from these scammers!InComm Financial Services, Inc.

I am very upset with this company I purchased a vanilla visa credit card and when I went to go use it there was no money on it there customer service sucks I was told someone hacked the card and them knowing that after I filled out there dispute form on oct 13th and it's going on 2 months since I purchased the card and still no money I contacted gendry live from ******** and no one answers the phone I just want my $25.00 back!!! I will NEVER buy this card again they are a fraud and a thief! They honestly don't deserve 1 star I'd give them a zero=nada...InComm Financial Services, Inc.

I purchased two $200 Dollar visa Gift cards from ******. The parent company of the gift cards is Incomm Financial services. When I went to use one of the cards the balance was zero. I called and they said I needed to open a dispute. In the mean time I filmed opening the other card and checking the balance. I have, on video opening the card checking the balance and it saying active balance $0. The money was spent before I even opened the gift card. They asked I file a dispute. I waited approximately 90 days to receive a letter declining my dispute and closing the case. I've tried calling and they say the case is closed there's nothing they can do. I'm now out $400. Neither Incomm Financial Services nor ****** are willing to do anything about this. This is theft plain and simple. It blows my mind they can just take $400 and say "sorry there's nothing we can do" with absolutely no consequences. I actually have video opening the second card and showing a zero balance but they have no interest in seeing the video. This is infuriating this is theft!InComm Financial Services, Inc.

Purchased this card for travel. We used three times. I checked my balance on the website stated on the card. Next day remaining funds were depleted. As I was on hold with Vanilla Gift to file a dispute I could see the last purchase post taking the remaining funds. I filed a claim on the phone received a claim number, emailed the form with the claim number on the subject line all in the same day. I called two weeks later to check the status and the representative said no form was received. I rechecked my email and there it was two weeks ago. She said she sent a message to check on the status of the claim but the status check would take another day or so. She said to also send a message to the dispute email and so I did. No response. I'm out almost 350 dollars and this place seems to care less.InComm Financial Services, Inc.

Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam.... random charge that depleted the balance on the gift card before we ever even had a chance to use it. Customer service was so unhelpful it leaves me believing that they are involved in the scam. Incomm customer service is a joke!! I purchased a e gift card through ****** and made a purchase on ******. I received a refund from ****** back to my card, to find out that the card is invalid. I still had a remaining balance on the card. I tried to call them and they said to send documents in and give 3 to 5 business days. I waited the business days, just to get a response we are going to have to send another email to our back office and it will take 24 to 48 hours for them to respond. Here it has been 2 months later and nothing but the same response every time I called. Their customer service is the worst ever and I wouldn't recommend nobody to purchase a vanilla gift card. Times are hard right now and they will put you in a bind!! Please don't buy from them or their affiliates!InComm Financial Services, Inc.

This company is a fraud. I purchased a $100 vanilla visa gift card from *********. My receipt shows that the card was activated and that $100 was loaded on to the card. Approximately 30 minutes after purchasing the card I went online to check the balance and to add my zip code to the card so that I could make purchases online. While in the account I never saw a place to add my zip code but I did see that the card was activated and it showed that it had been purchased at *********. Since I didn't see a place to add a zip code I decided to call the customer service number and when I attempted to check the balance I was told by the automated system that there was a problem with the card and that it wasn't activated. I then attempted to log back into the account online only to receive a error message. I called customer service back and spoke to a representative who told me that they had put a hold on the account and that he could not remove the hold. He stated that the only way to get my money back would be for them to reissue me a card. He stated that the only way they could reissue me a card was for me to send a copy of my identification card and supporting documents such as my receipt and that it would take ten days for me to receive a replacement. The fact that this company put a hold on a activated card that representatives are unable to remove is absurd. They basically stole my money. Why would any rational person send personal information such as a copy of their picture ID card to a disreputable company with terrible business practices. This company took my $100 and refuse to give it back to me unless I give them my personal information. With identity theft and everything going on why would anyone trust this company with their personal information. My experience with this company was dreadful. I will never purchase another card from them. If I had only read the reviews online I would have never bought this card. Trust the reviews. Avoid vanilla gift cards.InComm Financial Services, Inc.

Received a vanilla gift card. Mine was $25 I used the card, & put it up. Next day I went to check the balance. I went to vanillagiftcard.com to check the balance. It ended up being a scam website. They stole my money in little increments. $5.00 here, 99 cents there, all within an hour. The REAL website is vanillagift.com I made the mistake in putting "card" after gift & it shot me to a fake site that looked soo real! If you checked your balance & you made that same mistake, it is a website from CHINA! Never again Vanilla! You are a scam!!InComm Financial Services, Inc.
