The store I bought the card from did not activate card. Sent the documentation they requested but they wouldn't admit to receiving my email. They told me to wait 24 to 48hrs for a response but no call. I called them 48hrs later and they STILL denied receiving the documents even though I spelled their email letter by letter and they verified it a handful of times. 12 days later no resolution. I will advise anyone looking to a get a gift card to look somewhere else. These people won't help you if something goes wrong. They probably figure since is a small sum of money it wouldn't potentially be taken to court so they do NOT CARE. BUYER BEWARE!!!InComm Financial Services, Inc.

Card was hacked . made a claim , no response , made another claim. 45 to 90 business days just for a decision?? comical! do i get interest on my money ? they sure have to have their money before i get a card ! how bout you float me some cards 90 days interest free , i promise I'll pay. no matter the outcome of this dispute , i will drive to Canada to avoid using these cards in the future. the customer service is terrible as well " call us, because we won't call you"".InComm Financial Services, Inc.

Don't buy Vanilla Visa egift card. I bought 2 for my son for Christmas and when he went to use them it they didn't work. He contacted customer service and was told they were both hacked. Now they were sent to 2 different email accounts. When customer service looked where they were used both a store *******. Someone is hacking their system and using the cards as purchases. Don't buy just lost $250.
My son did make complaint to the company still haven't received any information on reimbursement.InComm Financial Services, Inc.

If i could give zero stars, I would. My daughter **** received a $25 giftcard for her birthday. She attempted to use it several months later and the card was declined, yet a charge was noted on the card right after--at an online fishing supply store for all but ten cents of the total amount! We filed a dispute in ****, were given a case number, and told to wait. After 60 days, we called. They "escalated" the dispute and told us we would hear back in 48 hours. Five days later, we attempted to call after not having heard anything. No resolution yet. Wait times on hold are ridiculous. DO NOT buy a Vanilla giftcard. It is not worth the time or frustration trying to get your money back.InComm Financial Services, Inc.

Received a gift card last ********* as a gift for my daughter's 1st birthday. When we went to use it a few months later we realized the card had already been compromised. Called the company and was told they'd send me a dispute packet through email. We never received the email. Seeing as it was around the holidays it completely slipped our minds. Got back in contact at the beginning of this year and finally received the dispute packet. Filled it out and was told I'd have to follow up to make sure it was received once i sent it back. Called to confirm they had received the pack and thankfully they had. I was told 60-90 days for them to investigate. I never received an update so I had to follow up again. They told me they'd be mailing out a replacement and i would have it within 30 days. It's been 2 months and I've received nothing. My daughter is about to turn 2. Called them again and they said they sent it out and would escalate the case and I'd hear back within 24-48 hours. I'm not holding my breath that I'll ever hear back from these scammers.InComm Financial Services, Inc.

I received a replacement $500 card after being scammed. As soon as i received the card, I called in and was told it was activated and ready to go. I made 2 purchases with the card for approximately $100, and now the card is useless. I am only told the card is held up in some kind of issue and was issued a case number. The company should have let me know there was an issue, but no, they just placed the card on hold. Not real impressed with the professionalism with this company.InComm Financial Services, Inc.

I work for a public school and we ordered some gift cards for an event we were hosting. Three of the gifts cards ended up have charges on them that happened before the cards were even distributed. I called and put in a dispute on the cards in the middle of *** and they said it could take 45 to 60 days. I called back today to get an update and was told that there was an update on ****** *** that it could take 45 to 90 days. Its already been over 60. It is impossible to talk to a person that knows anything about what is going. This company is a joke and while we enjoyed being able to get personalized cards we will no longer be using them.InComm Financial Services, Inc.

This is by far the worst company ever and I don't have much faith in taking the time to write this as it seems they are still allowed to continue to steal from people after so many complaints here! I was gifted a (thankfully smaller denomination) $50 gift card. Went to check the balance online and within minutes the money was drained from the card. Called the number on the back of the card to dispute but cannot speak to anyone so I found another number and called. Sat in que for 15 minutes before someone answered, they took my information, were supposed to email me a dispute package but it never arrived. Fast forward 3 days, I called the same number and sat in que for another 15 minutes until someone answered, and told me they couldn't help at that number, I had to call the number on the back of the card, even though the number I had called was the number where I spoke to the original agent about having the dispute package sent to me! I called the number on the back of the card and sat in que for another 15 minutes, they assured me the email was coming, I never got an email and decided $50 was no longer worth my time dealing with these scam artists. I hope the company is shut down so that other people do not fall prey to these thieves.InComm Financial Services, Inc.

DO NOT BUY THIS GIFT CARD!!!! Received a $70 Vanilla Visa Gift card. Went to use it and it turns out the card # was stolen and used up already. I contacted them and filed a Dispute Pack. Unbelievably it takes 45-90 days to get a resolution. E-mailed after the 90 days - no response. Called and was told it takes another 24-48 hours to get a response to my inquiry. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told my case hasn't even been investigated yet and it will get marked as "escalated" and I need to wait another 24-48 hours to get a response. Why do I have to keep waiting to get my money back! I've since filed a complaint with the ** Division of Consumer Affairs and I'm hoping that gets me somewhere. My son had a $100 card from his **********. When he tried to use it for some clothes it said there was a problem with the card. We checked it the next morning - 12 hours later and it only had a 0.64c balance with three charges on ***** in the middle of the night. I sat on hold for 40 minutes and a representative finally came on. I told her the scenario, she didn't even ask me for the card number, said she would check into it and put me back on-hold...then the line was disconnected. I called back and sat on hold for another hour before giving up. NEVER USE VANILLA GIFT CARDS!InComm Financial Services, Inc.
