    After a week of talking with pure talk to change my phone to them, it still hasnt happened. Every person I talked to said something different about what I needed to do. They have left me more than frustrated and with a phone that has no service.

    This is hands down the worst customer service experience i have ever had. And i have had some doozies in my life. I would not suggest Pure Talk Wireless to my worst enemy. They have ridiculous business practices and even worse ethics. They hide behind their advertising as an American ran company with American customer services but they are hands down the Temu of the cell phone industry , i just lost my cell phone number i have had for 20 years because THEY screwed over the port over process. Stay away from this ************* and don't be scammed by the podcasters that are being paid to advertise for them.

    PureTalk is a terrible company that uses deceptive and manipulative advertising, and provides the worst possible customer service. Nothing but money and time wasted. We would give 5 negative stars rating if that was possible.

    RIP OFF COMPANY, UNTRUSTWORTHY, STEALS ********** PEOPLES' MONEY.I ordered the service erroneously. I cancelled within days after ordering, never having used their service. They sent a phone when I told them not to. I never opened the box the phone came in. They charged me for the phone, then refused to refund the cost of this phone, or supply return shipping label. I had to call THREE TIMES before they cancelled my service, still refusing to refund me!Each time I was on hold for a hour. Lousy service.

    I switched to Puretalk to save some money. I've had my rate increased with no reason, a tech insist on changing a setting that didn't work,(found solution online) and I cancelled an order for a phone before it shipped but was charged anyway and the phone shipped. In my experience, Puretalk is dishonest and unethical. They claim to honor military vets, but this hasn't been my experience.Update: After filing complaints with Atty ******* in ******* and ******** Puretalk said they would issue full refund. As of today, Dec 20, 2024, they still have not done so. Over 90 days later and they still haven't refunded 100%. I have switched to another carrier and recommend you do the same or don't switch to puretalk to start with. Honesty does not appear to be their policy and they don't honor military veterans.

    The monthly cost is definitely affordable, but the service is absolutely HORRIBLE.I called and ordered a NEW phone, along with agreeing to trade in my old one.The phone came in all new packaging, but I noticed scratches on the screen of the "new" phone. A full hour later on the phone with a service **** I was told they did indeed send me a refurbished phone, and now were going to send me a new one like I originally ordered.BUT, because of the time limit on the trade-in with the ************** that Pure Talk works with, I could no longer do the trade. The service *** would do NOTHING to help me with this, so now I'm stuck with my old phone. What a mess it's been. BOTH service ***s were pitiful, AND Pure talk is making me pay the $19.30 to send their refurbished phone back to them when it was their mistake to begin with. Yes, 1 star.

    My husband changed our plan to Pure Talk, after his death I needed to be added to my sons plan with another carrier for economic reasons. Despite repeated calls to Pure talk from myself and my son, they have refused to release my phone number to the new carrier. I live alone in a rural area and my phone still will not accept incoming calls, and selective messages. I have NEVER been treated so negatively in all my years! I DO NOT recommend this company! I have waited over 7 days and done everything that was instructed to me, still no satisfaction. I am so very disappointed, beyond words.

    Very dishonest company, now they are trying to take out of our Discover card, they need to straight themselves out. I would never do business with them again. It was most the day, to get this done, then it did not work. Very unhappy wity them. Straight Talk is the way to go, when on a budget. *****
