      I applied for a loan with Lendmark. After I provided the requested information within a week I received 3 calls from different representatives with Lendmark asking for information I had already provided. This should have been a red flag immediately. One day with the same week I received a voicemail from a representative from Lendmark again and she left her information and asked me to call back. I did, and asked for her. Well the person that answered the phone stated that she wasn't available but she could help me. I stated that I had been working with her. She stated well I can help you. Hesitant, I agreed but once again I was being asked to provide my information all over again. I questioned why she would need as I had provided it 3 different time previously. This eneded the calll abruptly and never received another response on my loan application. I would not recommend applying with Lendmark financial. They are not professional will have you running in circles. Speaking to multiple people from their company sounds like an unprofessional environment with unqualified people.

      They lied about the interest rates on loan. They also stated if paid off 3 months only pay principal which was a lie

      I have paid almost 2k in interest alone over a period of a mere one year and 3 months on a ln auto loan just under 9k, after calling them apparently my interest is only 4$ a day which would mean 120$, but I pay 290$ and it all goes straight to interest. Where is that other 170$ a month going to? And why? The man on the phone was talking down to me saying I just didnt know how the loan works, that I had missed payments well you can clearly see my payment history right here. So the interest rate apparently has nothing to do with the principle balance and even if the principle balance is dropped by 1.9k which as you can see below I paid at one point with 1500$ and another with 400$, the monthly payment is still 290$ and ALL of those regular payments do not lower my principle balance whatsoever. I had to take out a personal loan with my bank to get me out of this fraudulent one.

      Was only wanting to consolidate a few bills with high interest rates My doctor bills in collections does NOT have interest on them The idiot that called me after I put my application in on line was very rude and called me a lier and hung up on me Very professional ?? Makes me wonder if he was just getting my information

      Do not use this company! Such a terrible experience! Trying to pay off loan in full and we had to jump through hoops. You can't pay online, you can't pay on the phone, you can't pay with cash, you can't pay with a credit card, somebody else can't pay it for you Had to get a cashiers check from my aunt's bank and walk it into their location. Once I was there extremely rude. One guy pulled me up on the computer and then answered the phone and went about some other business as I sat there wondering what's going on. Then the cashier comes over and gives me a receipt. Nobody even says thank you for doing business with us or anything. Really bad way to do business. They were probably mad because they were losing that insane amount of interest we had to pay. Do not use this company! If I could give them negative stars I would!

      In my personal opinion, this is the absolute worst thing in the world you can do is get a loan from this company. They will ruin your life. I dont recommend this company to anyone at all. God forbid you have a hardship. Especially the branch in ************, **************. The manager there is pure evil and seems to get off on ruining people.. this company does not even deserve one star.

      Don't waste your time unless you want to resend and resend information and talk to people who apparently do NOT know how to process information. Kept me waiting for days and then denied the loan only to "counter offer" with another loan offer and then upon reaching back out they acted like they had to start all over with me uploading all my information all over. Poor customer service and processing. This all behind my paying off a previous $8K loan EARLY. No thanks. Will never do business with them again or recommend them.

      It appears that Lendmark is a company that functions on the practice of usury. Their website is deceptive. They *** not put accurate, necessary information on it. One shouldn't have to call a lender to get their REAL principal balance. And, the principal balance that is listed as the principal balance on their website should not include anticipatory interest. That's called a lie and it's shameful. Also, the manner in which they calculate interest is also shameful. They pilfered about $2K from me by pulling all interest up front. I ***'t recall ANY of these deplorable tactics being on the original contract. I am still sick about the amount of money they took from me. It's dishonorable, disgraceful, deplorable, and despicable.

      Horrible experience with the Lendmark *********** location. Manager ****** blatantly lied to cover up horrible decisions by them. I had a 2021 Ninja that I no longer wanted to keep due to not riding it anymore. I requested a voluntarily repossession, which they of course accepted. I delivered the bike as promised to the *********** location, received my receipt of delivery, and expected as in the contract to pay whatever difference that was left after they sold the bike. Instead, the *********** location left the bike outside, overnight, resulting in a letter being sent to me by Victorville PD notifying me that the very same bike I dropped off was stolen, crashed, and in the impound. I contacted Lendmark immediately seeking answers, and only then was I notified by them that the bike was stolen from them. They refused to pick up the now broken stolen bike, but agreed to not seek any financial repercussions towards me as they cannot give a honest amount due to not being able to sell the bike, and remove that amount from what I would owe.Two years later, they have refused to remove the account from my credit, and still seeking the FULL amount of the loan, meanwhile pretending to not remember agreeing to have the credit report reflect what actually happened. Dishonest practices when a mistake is made is horrible business practices, and there is no way I should owe the full amount after a voluntary repo and Lendmark literally gave away the bike to some random person by leaving outside overnight, robing me of any financial relief of the voluntary repo.

      Very difficult to work with. Didn't understand federal pays, wouldn't accept self employment income, asking for things of concern on joint accounts (not borrower).Manager was rude and listening to conversations in room with other applicants, he seemed unpleasant to work with. . Was loudly announcing why applicants were not getting the loan they applied for,, which is very personal information..
