      My daughter was recently at a school that was contracted with this company and we switched her to online school. I was given information in Nov that she would be able to still get her Sr ****** done and even created an account. I called today to book and the supervisor told me there is nothing they can do because the person who set us up and created the account was new. This is an inconvenience and now I have to search last min to find another company to do her ******. Absolutely the worst experience and because they have poor training they are making me suffer in the end!!! They didnt even care to fix the problem just a simple we cant do your pictures even though I have an account created and was set up to get ****** done! Someone elses lack of training caused me to now have to search last min for another photographer!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and this is unacceptable that I have an account but told they cant do it!!!!

      You have to pay the sitting fee to have pics in yearbook..what they dont tell you is in fine print they will be sending a portfolio you did not ask for and then later charge you for it..they store your bank information for paying the sitting fee..i tried contacting to see if I was receiving a portfolio and they sent me a picture of a delivery at a house I dont live at anymore..all of the complaints I see just tells me I will have no help..this company is a total scam preying on people that already have to come up with money they may not have for the yearbook pictures

      This was the most heartbreaking experiences Ive ever had. This company baits you by making you set up appointment then pay for setting. After you pay$200 spend hours taking photos, then they hold your pictures hostage. If you cant afford the $3000 for every thing, then you can open up a loan with a pre picked company. If thats not a trap I dont know what is. This Senior moment is a night mare. On top of this you still not get photo with the cap and robe you still have yo buy that separate. Where in America does this happens? So much for graduating with pics to remember the transition in life. You will be broke!!!

      Cady is a rip off. I didnt mind paying the sitting fee to book a reservation, but I was very frustrated when we got there for a reservation and it was basically a large warehouse with 5 or 6 open studio set *** and people everywhere. We just had to wait in line and were there for hours. They couldnt find the gown for my childs school, then they couldnt find the chords,They charge $160 for some electronic images of the senior picture and her individual pose. So 8 shots. I get the email to download the Photos. I select the download all unzipped the file and all the graduate pictures are 280 KB so not even large enough to print an 8 x 10 of them.I contact the company they dont respond via their online Support. I called them spend an hour and a half on the phone with them. They cant figure it out. Then they send me a email stating that they escalated it to the support team and they told me I didnt download it correctly. If the other pictures in the same zip file are the right size. I dont think I did anything wrong. I opened another Support ticket and 13 days later they still havent responded.

      The problem with ***** is their pricing is deceptive. You pay a premium for a session which includes nothing but the session. They hold your images hostage until you agree to go in for a sales pitch. Then, if you want any images the prices are Sky high. Like 300 per image. It's a classic bait and switch tactic. I worked as a professional photographer for 15 years, published in *************************** and more, and the lack of transparency with pricing at Cady is remarkable. If they would have been upfront about the actual cost to get the photos I could have supported a local photographer for half the price and received all my digital files. They have a nice looking space and friendly staff, hence not a one star review, but ethically this business really rubs me the wrong way. If you can go elsewhere, do it.

      Cady is the worst company the school could have chosen for senior pictures. You HAVE to pay $25 just to book your child's photo session at the school and that fee does NOT go toward the cost of purchasing pictures. You have to bring your own props to the school photo se a sessions because they do not provide them, not even a Class of 20xx sign. When it was my daughter's turn to take her picture, the photographer stood there telling my daughter to pose. When we asked how she should pose, the photographer says , "I DON'T KNOW." I said, you are the photographer, give her some suggestions. The girl just stands there looking at us and repeated again, "Pose how you want to, I don't know." My daughter and I were literally scrambling trying to ****** poses. I called customer service to file a complaint, and they are USELESS except for booking sessions. They told me we could go to the studio for a free re-take and they would open a complaint ticket to have someone contact me. A few weeks later, a portfolio of the photos I never ordered arrives with a note that basically says if you don't return the pictures within so many days, they will automatically charge you $200. That explains why they force you to pay the $25 so they can charge your card in hopes you forget to return the portfolio. You either had to mail the portfolio back or take it to your nearest studio. I drove an hour away from my house in ******* traffic to the nearest studio to personally hand the pictures back. While at the store, I expressed my extreme disappointment, and the district manager walked up, took down my info and said she would have someone to contact. ******* contacted me and gave me a local studio number to and ask to speak with the manager. That number was bogus becauseno one answers. I habe contacted customer service 3x's and they said they don't have a way to contact the local studios all they can do is send emails. Horrible company and even more horrible customer service!

      The photos were great but the ordering system/ website are not. My granddaughter had her school pictures done and I placed an early order for a oackage I thought included 4- wallets, 2- 4x6 and 2-5x7 photos, all color. I received an email stating my order was received and an email stating my order had shipped. I never received anything with proofs to approve When my photos arrived, the 5x7's were black and white! I texted with "customer service" representative *******. While polite, there was no resolution when I requested to return the black and whites, which I did not order in exchange for my color photos.I was repeatedly told to call and order new photos. Sure, for a pretty price, I'm sure. Never again. From now on, I will get their pictures from a reputable company.

      This is my 2nd time having to deal with Cady. I enjoy the pictures but I think they need more background options, more package choices and they need more lighting. Their prices are absolutely INSANE!!! Also if your divorced and both families want pictures from the same student because they share the same child, (obviously) ?? Good luck! They act like that is unheard of and that is unacceptable! Like they don't want double the money or something?! I mean, really ?? Overall, a very, very, very difficult company to work with.

      Our children are only high school seniors once. From the start and during this process of high school graduation, Cady has provided subpar service and the photo results are not any better. The cost is outrageous; there are no other options provided by the school and no other people were allowed to be close enough to take photos at graduation. Even the studio photos were bad. This company has yet to reach out to me (or anyone) about our concerns. I dont foresee them being helpful, and I dont foresee **** schools actually doing anything about this. Again, our kids are only seniors once. My son just started college with no senior photos.

      This company just takes your money. Every other company has a satisfaction guarantee. This one could care less. My daughter looks like a ghost because of the weird lighting they use. Another friends son who has blonde hair has black hair in his photos. Wouldnt allow me to change background (offered to pay the difference) so that the photos were useable. Over priced and terrible customer service. Will never purchase from them again.
