      This company just takes your money. Every other company has a satisfaction guarantee. This one could care less. My daughter looks like a ghost because of the weird lighting they use. Another friends son who has blonde hair has black hair in his photos. Wouldnt allow me to change background (offered to pay the difference) so that the photos were useable. Over priced and terrible customer service. Will never purchase from them again.

      Horrible that they send you this portfolio even if you didn't order it. Then its on you to follow up. I returned now Im trying to get a hold of this ridiculous company to see if they received it before they charge my credit card. I left message for management and put in a note for them to call me when they receive the package. So now Im calling my credit card company to stop any payments to CADY Studios !! They dont even care about all the really bad reviews ! Dont use this company for any pictures, look for a professional photographer !

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I have already paid the $129 sitting fee, attended a 3 HOUR photo session, and now CADY is literally holding my daughter Senior portraits hostage. I chose the Most Popular Experience package thinking that would be the easiest. After the 3 hour photo shoot, CADY tried to force me into a private room for a high pressure presentation (that lasts 2 hours) with my daughter present, before they would let me check out. I was stunned. CADY is praying on parents at a vulnerable time. It reminded me of someone trying to sell me a time share. I refused to sit for the presentation. I told them I wanted to choose the photos myself at home with my husbandand I left. I have called customer service multiple times, submitted tickets, but they refuse to let me log into their site and see my daughters photos online. They said I must come to their studio for a presentation. Im not sure if they will ever let me see my daughters photos without going in person, and I have a HUGE problem with that type of business practice. They need to stop holding her pictures hostage and let me choose the ones that I want without having to meet with them in person under a high-pressure sales presentation.

      The prices you charge for your pictures are outrageous! They're not even good enough for you to charge as much as you do. Y'all claim to be a professional studio yet there's no privacy when you're taking pictures, the poses are not that great, they're very limited poses, and there's absolutely no reason why y'all need to charge the prices that you do. If I had another choice I would definitely not ever use CADY studios again. I CAN'T EVEN ORDER MY DAUGHTER'S SENIOR PICTURES BECAUSE Y'ALL CHARGE ENTIRELY TOO MUCH!! THIS IS A SPECIAL MOMENT IN HER LIFE AND YOU HAVE RUINED IT FOR HER BECAUSE Y'ALL WANT TO CHARGE ENTIRELY TOO MUCH FOR PICTURES THAT AREN'T EVEN THAT GREAT!

      I have to say, Im quite disgusted and disappointed with this company. When I booked my session, I was told that everything was included in my purchasing package, but I was completely shocked when we finished our session and were told we needed to schedule a day to come back to not only review the pictures but pick which package we wanted to purchase. When our session was booked, and we spoke with customer service, they told us that everything was included within the package that we purchased, which was the photo shoot as well as the pictures and studio time. Now here we are wondering how were going to afford to buy the pictures that were taken when we already thought thats they was purchased during our payment at the time of booking. The wording that they choose during the process of picking your package is a complete scam and puts your back against the wall.When the session was initially booked, we asked what the minimal package was and if they had an option for just the senior pictures, they told us no and that the most minimal package was their most popular package, so thats what we went with. After speaking to an employee at *****, we were told that a big percentage of the companys complaints from customers is that they were given misleading information like us.As a single parent, my heart breaks for my daughter because we will likely only be able to afford the senior picture and not the rest of the package that we thought we purchased. We spent about four hours at the studio, paid for a babysitter for the babies while we were there and got a sneak peek preview of pictures that are out of our budget. Would we have known and given accurate information during the process we wouldve only purchased the package for the senior picture.

      It is really sad how so much price gouging is going on during this time in all industries. Cady reps tried to get me to give them a review in the "middle" of my child's photo session. Said it would close out my photo session (lie). I left the card with the barcode to do the review on the seat beside me. After the photo session ended, they put the card back in my hand, trying to get me to give a review again, repeating that this would close out my photo session (still lying). While the photo session was fun for my child, I had no intention of leaving a review until after we reviewed the portfolio. When we came back in 2 weeks to review the portfolio, the did a touching slide show (along with tear-jerking music) of my child's photos, which were absolutely beautiful. Then they proceeded to show me the packages I could order. I paid for a middle of the road photo shoot. So I expected middle of the road packages...LOL. The digital packages started at $1000.00 (during the 30 day discount period) and went up from there. There are smaller packages that are just printed photos (no digitals), but these were $179 and up, starting with only 1 pose. I am still deciding if I will buy anything but am leaning toward not buying any at all. This is disappointing considering it is such a special time in my child's life. Oh, and the packages mentioned above don't include the cap and gown photographs. Those come in a separate package that you pay for (I think beginning around $200+). All-in-all, I'm surprised the school contracted with this company, considering the hight costs. Very disappointing.

      The absolute worst company to deal with for yearbook portraits. I was misdirected and lied to multiple times. I directly asked if there was a yearbook only option and was told no, that I had to choose a session. I was charged a $29 session fee for a yearbook photo that was supposed to be free according to the high school. Also, check the terms and conditions you must agree to. The terms as initially shown gave the studio full rights to do anything with your child's photo, at any time, for any purpose. This is directly listed in the terms of service agreement.a) To copyright the same in the photographer's name or any other name that he/she may select;b) to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade.I hereby release and discharge Cady Studios from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives. licensees and assigns of Cady Studios. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof. I represent that I am the parent and/or guardian of the below named model. For value received, I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf.I asked the studio if there was a way to get just a yearbook photo taken without agreeing to these terms. They said there was not a way and the terms must be agreed to. I informed the high school of the overreach. The high school looked into the issue and a day later the terms changed as the listed terms were for modeling clients, not students. How was this not realized when I directly asked about the terms for a senior yearbook picture?

      Over a year later since I filed my first complaint here and still no resolve. I was steered here because this was the only option to have my daughter in the yearbook for graduation 2022. At the time there were NO package options less than $2000 (ridiculous for photos right?). We had to enter into a payment plan paying $466 a month but once we started the college process we were no longer able to afford the payments. The agreement only states that deposits can't be refunded. We did not receive a product and I simply asked to be refunded what was paid since they now have more affordable packages online in 2023. I received an email today with my flex plan agreement that does not state I could not receive any refunds/credits on payments. No product was EVER created for me so why would a company give a hard time when hardworking parents have spent over $1000 for pictures. It is ridiculous to think a company centered around KIDS would be this greedy. I have given them 48hrs to refund before getting my laeyer involved. The amount of pain and suffering this has caused due to the financial strain and inability to have a single professional shop of my only child's precious moments is sickening to say the least.

      Trying to order my Senior pics with Premium package and unable to select correct pic of son. Cady did not update after 2 sessions and year book pic is from first session. They ruined his Yearbook. We emailed, called and now they can not allow proper picture for this package?Now, they want to delete pics! If they do, as wanting to pay ****** for package and they delete them(30 percent code) by midnight. No one has responded to us and

      Terrible company that offers no cost conscious options. Photographers were indifferent and sent out proofs where eyes were half open. No excuse for that with digital photography. The prices are unreasonable, especially for a public high school where household incomes vary. My hope is that our school district will end this business relationship.
