      At first I did not choose the elite package but at my surprise at the end of the photoshoot they told me I had the elite package and now Im being forced to pay either **** or **** dollars for pictures I dont even want. The only one I want is the cap and gown and they dont even sell it! They tell me I have to see that with the school! DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE VULTURES!

      If I could give no stars and write a review I would. Worst photography experience ever. I am so disappointed that our school chose this studio for the senior pictures. The photographers were so unorganized and not professional at all. We had to drive an hour because the limited spots offered at the school did not work with my son's sports training schedule. The first set was so bad his eyes were crossed in most of them and weird expressions, which were due to the terrible photographers and all of the confusion going on. It looked like they touched up his eyes and completely shaded them. It is hard to explain how bad they looked, we could have done better with a cell phone. I contacted them was told to make another appointment, we made the appointment first thing in the morning. We were hoping to avoid the chaos like last visit. No luck, we were there for 5 hours. I returned the folio from the first set asked if we would receive on from this sitting and was told, yes. I feel way more comfortable viewing actual photos if I am spending ****** on photos. Now I am being told they don't do that on retakes. Each time I email I get a return email, stating sorry for your inconvenience and here is a link to order your pictures. We have invested so much time in these pictures to start over with someone else, such a disappointment.

      Cady was hired by schools senior pictures. This company is a rip-off and they are taking advantage of the school system. The prices are outrageous and there are not many packages to choose from. I paid close to $400 for senior pictures package and cap and gown pictures are not included??? Who does that!!!! Studio, photographer, proofs, prices all deserve less than one star. We had an awful experience. I complained to the school. Hopefully they wont get hired next year.

      Shocking the prices they charge for these simple pictures. And beware, while you are checking out, they add the touch up fee even if you didn't order it. You have to "uncheck" it if you don't want it. Now I'm finding out I may have paid $200 additional for a portfolio that I didn't want or order. To be quite honest the only reason I purchased pictures through Cady was because I wanted cap and gown pictures. I will be having a conversation with my son's school about not using them in the future. I haven't talked to one parent that is happy with the company.

      Not Professional Photographers just other *********** students taking photos. No posing or suggestions when taking the pictures in their studios. They separate Product Lines so you have to purchase multiple packages to get Senior Photos versus Cap and Gown photos plus we will have Graduation photos to buy in a couple if months its a shame that they expect people to purchase $500-$1000 worth to get the basic memory photos by separating everything. Taking advantage of customers. I will get a professional photographer to capture these memories for me and I will be much happier with the results. So disappointed. **************** was no help at all and very rude.

      I wouldn't even give them the entire star. My daughter selected a session for senior pictures the next week I canceled it. I booked a session at the school $100 cheaper. They were going to give me a refund but I said no I'll just leave the difference on the account just in case she would like to purchase something. Now we are here I hated the pictures and requested a refund balance I had. Now I can't get a refund. So in a few moments I'll be placing a fraud request on the credit card purchase. How can you make someone buy something they don't want? I don't care if it was $2.00 they have no right to strong arm customers. This company should be out of business. I had her a separate photo session at ** ****** and it came out better than the pictures I received from CADY.

      Studio sitting session the lowest option for senior photos I could purchase was $200 that was for them to take our photos. Then the lowest package was ****** for 4 sheets of one photo the next package was $499 the packages went all the way to $3999 and they stated they have financing. Really? I todays economy this is sick. Even photos taken at school are ridiculously priced the counties should be ashamed to do this to families. Total scam

      Scam! After paying $59 for a simple set of images, they will send you a $200 portfolio after you received your order. What a way to scam parents. Parents are not even aware you will be "purchasing" a $200 portfolio attached under their terms and conditions - NO ONE READS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEY KNOW THAT. SCAM SCAM SCAM! PARENTS, DO NOT FALL FOR THAT!!! I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR HUNDREDS OF PARENTS WHO CANNOT AFFORD PHOTOS BEING SCAMED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!I am a photographer myself and I see these practices day after day in large studios across the country! This is insane! School districts have to do better!I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO LET THE DISTRICT KNOW THIS.

      Thank you for your message. We do apologize for any confusion. As you already stated, we do put all of the information concerning the portfolio on the website so you may review it as you are booking. This has to be selected by the customer in order to complete the booking process. We have disclosed the deadline and the charge if it is not returned by the deadline. Purchasing the portfolio is optional, if you do not wish to purchase you may return it before the deadline. You also have the option of going online and purchasing packages that include sheets or digital images. Please let us know if we may be of further assistance to you.       I paid $59 fee for the standard session which included 2 studio scenes and the yearbook scene. When I viewed the pictures I realized they only took one studio scene and the yearbook scene which is the simple session that costs $29. After emailing and talking to ******* and ****** to either get a refund of $30 or at least a credit I got nowhere. They said no refund or credit because the pictures have been taken even though they broke the contract by not fulfilling it in its entirety and taking the amount of scenes I paid for. I will never do business with them again and I advise others to stay far away from them and their shady practices.

      A robbery, ended up paying **** dollars, if not I would not get the digital photos and the scenes I have already paid another 200 for. The prices are insane, it is not worth it
