Do not use them! We decided not do do the Elite package and they wouldn't let us downgrade. $199 and all we did was yearbook and cap and gown photos, which if you do them at the school they are free. Scam and theft in my opinion. They claim since we started the session in the studio we can only reschedule. Why? So they can take more of my money????

Elite vs Traditional sitting- $80 more for your sitting entitles you to 6x higher priced packages. No photo prices on website-Weeks before we went, 2 friends had Traditional sittings. For pics, they paid: $399-41 digital images, retouching, portfolio $519-4 poses/21 sheets, portfolio, retouching and all digital images. After daughters Elite session (no hair or makeup, video photo preview, outdoor photos), given the Elite price guide. My ************:$199-1 pose/ 4 sheets, $499-2 poses/ 9 sheets, $899-3 poses/14 sheets, etc. Portfolio is $400 -same portfolio others are threatened with $200 bill if not returned or $150 if paid in 60 days. At Photo Viewing Zoom call, chose 27 out of 82 photos taken. For $1900! -I could get ALL 82 of the digital images-no option to only get the 27. $519 package items would cost $3600 from Elite Pricing. When I questioned why 6x more, because I got more but I paid for it! Once pics are taken, what more did I get? (Supposedly retouching per Cady- final photo book was barely retouched if at all) Since no photo prices on website, theyll repeat that it does say that packages start at $179and? 2 zoom calls to view/order pics-both calls they were 10 min late, had to call to remind, favorited 27 pics from 1st call were never saved, had to choose again. Ordered $199 pkg (1 pose/4 sheets) and $400 photo book (not portfolio) which was not delivered with photo pkg (shipment 1 of 1?), never sent tracking or any updates. Another friend did mandatory senior pic. Son given the mandatory tie. Tie was terribly frayed at the top and obvious threads on neck in proof. Cady refused to pay to retouch THEIR frayed tie. I know great photography is $$$. Cady has a good concept. I am willing to pay for nice photos but their business model is ridiculous. I expected to pay around $600 but my $ didnt go as far bc I chose Elite which shouldnt have reflected on photo packages. Their predatory practices ruin a celebratory time.

Very unfortunate experience that began back in September 2022.We received the exact same pose on all prints. the website ordering process was difficult, it did not save our selections. It makes no sense that we would order an upgraded package for extra ************* all the pose. After being reassured that I would receive the correct photos in an email, another email was sent that stated there would be no refund or correction order. Very long wait times to get in touch with Cady. I have documentation in an email for a correction of our order, but still have not received the corrected prints. And was also informed there was no further intent on Cadys part to correct the order. Very expensive unpleasant experience.Their website boasts of 100% satisfactionHowever, Im still hoping to receive the corrected photos we originally ordered.

What a scam. They are so shady and deceptive on their website with their pricing and they keep doing pop-*** trying to get you to pay more. The prices are insane. Avoid!

School districts beware of CADY! We were forced to use this business by our school district. If you wanted your child's picture in the yearbook then you had to pay CADY $30. In a day of digital photography just have some one local do it. This is where it gets good. You select the cheapest option because the packages offered are ridiculously priced and guess what? CADY will send you a $200 portfolio of extra pictures you never asked for or selected as an option to review. Next you are responsible for figuring out how to get this junk back to them before the billing clock hits you with $200 + $15 shipping fee and +/- $17 in taxes. We returned ours back to the school with a month to spare. But somehow CADY decided it wasn't important enough to pick them up. Hmmm, wonder why? Credit card was billed $232, absolutely criminal.

Oh.my.god. What a heinous boondoggle. Five hours in the "studio," and extortionate prices on every single choice. I'm absolutely furious at every one of their manipulative tactics, and as the cherry on top, their customer service is so bad it's insulting. If I had had any kind of choice, I'd have walked long before this.I'll be making it my personal mission for the next year or so to tell every single person I know with kids in school (and visiting all of my local school administrators) to tell them what a scam this is. The worst part is - my household can absorb the expense; what about households that can't?

600 dollars spent and no pictures are included! This is class actionable! Im wondering if the schools are complicit with these predatory scams.

$49 for one low res digital print that offered nothing more than a color backdrop. A modern cell phone camera and an image editing app could do the same job. I'm not sure if a fix is in at the schools with who picks these companies, but if they bidded out the work this company would fold with prices this high.

CADY is a SCAM.They force mail you a portfolio that you do not want, they make it very difficult to mail the portfolio back to them free of charge and they charge you whatever fees they want to...

Unfortunately, this has been a terrible experience. If I could rate this experience lower than 1 star, I would. The best part of the experience was how kind some of the photographers were and the receptionist at the front desk. My daughter's appointment was at 3:00 and due to the overbooking of clients, we did not leave until 9:45. The studio was so overcrowded and unorganized, we had to wait until there were enough photographers at the available stations to get our turn. Finally, we scheduled our virtual appointment to view our photos. The day that we were scheduled, we had not received a link from the studio, even though I spoke with someone to inform them. We paid for ************ on her photos, but because we did not get our appointment time to approve them, CADY's staff selected and submitted what they felt should go in my daughter's yearbook for her senior picture. This is her forever senior pic and my daughter was less than happy about the selection. After calling CADY for multiple days, because the line is ALWAYS busy and over an hour wait to speak with someone, we finally received a callback. I asked if the picture could be fixed and resubmitted. They told me NO, and that we would have to take it up with the school, even though it was their error. I requested a supervisor and was told one would call me back. Again, after multiple calls and requests, I still have not received a call from a supervisor. I have been given a new date to view her photos, but unfortunately, this date will be after the deadline for submitting additional pictures for her senior AD in the yearbook. This has been beyond frustrating. This exciting time for my daughter has turned out to be a terrible experience. If you can get senior pictures elsewhere, save yourself the wasted time and money. It seems if you are not an ELITE member, you are not important.
