    Very pleased with Ragsdale. Technicians are trained and very courteous. However I did not get my 2 free checkups this past year so my recent technician did one for me while he was here .

    Charged me $12k to replace a perfectly good unit because it was a bent pipe the whole time, knocked a ton of holes in my drywall and didn't fix any of them. I don't recommend this company since it appears they are just out to maximize profit and recommend the most expensive solution possible for what would otherwise be $100 of work.

    I called this morning, 03-19-2025 to have them come replace a thermostat wire connection to my outdoor unit. Ragsdale ********** sent out a technician very quickly. The technician had everything back to working order very fast, and without any unusual problems. Ragsdale Heating & Air is a highly respected and quality company in our community. I definitely give them my business over anyone else for their services.

    Have used Ragsdale for years on my HVAC purchases and service/ maintenance. They have always been fair and accommodating for all my needs. They have extremely knowledgeable and polite technicians and the office staff is wonderful.
